This did a horrible job converting the Word doc into a PDF. The content was all scrambled and overlapping, which was completely unusable.

In order to print or share the document, it must first be downloaded to your device. Once downloaded, you can print it directly from your computer without needing to pay another company. If the download step was not completed, this may have prevented the document from being printed.

They sign you up for a free trial then try to bill you $40 the next week. They don't convert PDF to docx. All they do is rename the file extension. You can do that yourself.

This is a scam
This is a scam. They say they won’t charge you for the free trial but I was charged $50 anyways. I cancelled the subscription and they still charged me!! Absolutely scam and fraudulent company.
In response to their response below. Again I DID cancel my subscription BEFORE the free trail was up and you charged me anyways. I have already emailed your fraudulent company and you did nothing for me?

Wasted 30 minutes "compressing" a PDF
Wasted 30 minutes compressing a PDF on a Free Trial. In the end, the "compressed PDF" I downloaded was exactly the same size as before!
