I would highly recommend Docspert for their excellent service. Following initial contact I was able to consult with the specialist within the week. Docspert staff were very professional and thorough. Contact via phone call and whatsapp messaging was very convenient. Dr Moody was very helpful in our consultation and answered all of the many questions we had.

الخبير اجاب على كل الاسئلة بشكل واضح ولكن كنت اتمنى اني اشوف في التقرير رأيه الشخصي مش رأي تاني بالتفاصيل لانه اول التقرير اوصى بان العلاج يجب ان يكون عن طريق الطبيب المتابع للحالة وكنت ارجو اني اسمع رأيه كما لو ان هو الطبيب
اما الطبيب اللي قامت بالشرح وتصحيح المعلومات غاية في التفهم والصبر في شرح النقاط نقطة نقطة وكمان اضافة او تصحيح اي نقطة من النقاط والمتابعة فوق الممتازة

الحقيقه تجربتي مع Docspert Health كانت مهمه جدا بالنسبة لي متابعه هايله بيهتموا بالتفاصيل اهم حاجه عندهم راحه المريض اللي ليتابع معايا من الدكاتره الأفاضل صبور جدا الدكاتره المتخصصين كمان بيهتموا بكل حاجه والمتابعة كمان بعد تشخيص الحاله حسستني أن فعلا في حد مهتم واني لو انا نسيت حد بيتابع معايا مش مجرد استشاره طبيبه
وتنتهي العلاقه مع المريض بالعكس وانا سعيده جدا بالتعامل معاهم

I did not find anything new in the…
I did not find anything new in the external consultation .I am still confused and the service in general is very poor. I think the goal is material only .من خلال استشارتى لم أجد جديدا والتشخيص غير واضح وغير حاسم والخدمه فى دوكسبيرت سيئه يحتاجوا إلى تدريب اكثر واطلاع اكثر .فى النهايه لا انصح به من خلال تجربتي وقد يكون مفيد فى تجارب اخرى
