كان مساعدو الطبيب متعاونين للغاية واستجابوا على الفور للمكالمات والواتس اب. استغرق تقرير البروفيسور10 أيام فقط حتى أنهم أعطوك 10 أيام ل أسئلة المتابعة. والحصول على رأي ثان إذا لم تكن مرتاحًا لأطبائك المحليين وتحتاج إلى المزيد من الأدلة
لحالتك وبشكل عام فريق عمل في مصر ممتاز ولديهم صبر وتحمل علي الاستماع لكل الأسئلة أتمني لهم التوفيق

المتابعة محتاجة تكون اسرع من الدكتور الأجنبى وضرورة علاج بروشتة مش مجرد تشخيص وتييسر عملية المتابعة من حيث التكلفة والوقت بس الفريق بمصر تعاون ودقة ومعاملة راقية قدر المستطاع عن حالتى وصلت لتشخيص مناسب ولكن فى فترة هجرب دوا مختلف نسبيا وبعدها مش عارفة الخطة الجاية ف راضية نسبيا الحمدلله مش هقدر ارشح المكان لأصدقاء غير بوجود خدمة متكاملة للعلاج والمتابعة من الدكتور الاجنبى

Genuinely helpful customer service
The doctor's assistants were very helpful and respond promptly to calls and whatsapp. The professor's report took only 4 days and they even give you 10 days to ask follow up questions. Highly recommended for a second opinion if you you're not comfortable with your local physicians and need a more evidence based approach to your case.

الخدمة مفيد انك تقابل استشاري بدون عنا السفر ومصاريفه وممكن ارشح لها الناس
لكن قبل ما تعمل الاستشاره لازم تكون عندك كل الفحوصات وما تكون مستعجل في الرد وتبحث عن راي ثاني ممكن توصل العلم لسه ما وصل لمستشفياتنا
حلو الفريق المتابع كان مهتم وظل متابع معي لين وصول التقرير من الاستشاري وتم التغير الاستشاري لي بعد ما الدكتور حولنا لاستشاري ثاني اكثر تخصص في الحاله
فالتجربه كان مفيده بس مش لحالة ولدي لان كان يحتاج لمتابعه طويله تكون مفيده لحالات ثانيه تحتاج استشاره وتشخيص
