After having seen an advert for DM design on FB we booked an appointment for free kitchen design.Garry came & gave us ideas on what could be done.We didn't really like that we had to say yes or no at the time would have preferred some time to think about it as it was a lot of money to us.Long & short was we decided to go ahead.Graham the surveyor then came out & did some drawing which we loved & job started on 2nd Feb.The workers were fab, from Craig the electrician,Alan,Craig the joiners, Michael & Garry the plumbers,Ian the plasterer can't speak highly enough for the lads.slight problem with communication from the office but when we phoned David was most efficient.Just would have been useful for the office to contact us rather than us having to call them.Job complete & looking lovely So all in all we had a good experience & more than happy with our new kitchen.Would definitely recommend

My advice to anyone looking for a new kitchen stay well clear of this company. Should have taken the advice of the previous review. This has been the worst experience of our lives. The installation took nearly 40 days, we had numerous workmen. No consistency whatsoever. The owner of the company David Mullarkey never once visited during installation. His business ethics are beyond belief. The company makes lots of promises and then never delivers. The worst thing is I recommend this company to a work colleague at the drawing stage, and unfortunately she is still having ongoing problems. I hope that no one else has to go through what we have gone through.

The sales guy who had initially designed our kitchen and dealt with our queries resigned just as we signed up, we should have heard the alarm bells ringing at this stage.
Faulty parts delivered, missing parts and wrong sizes-, zero quality control clearly as any company with any sense of pride would never have allowed such poor quality to leave their depot let alone it be delivered- and moreover never rectified either!
The staff all have personal issues ongoing which we’ve been advised is the reason why no one has replied to us- never once has the owner acknowledged a single phone call or email.
Completely wrong units provided for utility room off kitchen- different to those we ordered for our kitchen. We were advised we didn’t specify that we wanted the same so they just sent us a cheaper version- (but still charged for the style we have in our kitchen?!).
One star as we have part of a kitchen, only due to the fact that this site doesn’t allow for zero stars.
Totally unprofessional fraudsters to say the very least- we have never seen such a poor example of customer service or workmanship. Such regret that we ever got involved with this shambles of a business.
