Good communication. Repair done quickly and efficiently. Car also cleaned. Now looks as good as new. Great service.

The use of this organisation on this occasion was very disappointing, whilst the standard of repairs following a rear impact collision is good, not perfect I would not recommend. They showed repeated failings around the flexibility after making arrangements to collect and cancel at the last minute. The excuse offered was disgusting. Therefore they need to review their policies and procedures and ensure their admin representatives work with their clients. Awarding one star is generous, and after the experience on this occasion, I would show reservations In recommendation, this is disappointing as previously the service and arrangements have been faultless. This time their representative assigned to communicate with me and establish the arrangements is attributable to the one star award based on the experience.

They were very quick in taking decisions and fixing the problem

I would give 10 stars to DLG if that option was available. Good communication, I was kept up to date the whole time. My car was fixed very quickly and the finish was perfect. My car was picked up and from my address and dropped back when it was ready. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice.

Lovely people to deal with. They had my car for some body work after a recent bump. The people on the phone were lovely to deal with and helpful, as were the people who collected and dropped off my car.
Work completed to a high standard and the car came back beautifully polished.

After a recent prang work was carried out to an extremely high standard. Excellent communication throughout. After care with Adam was out of this world. In all honesty when you hear "above and beyond" it's often a bit of an exaggeration for a job well done. In this case I feel that above and beyond doesn't quite do justice to the efforts made. Thank you Adam for your help.

Really positive experience. Very proactive in booking car in, provided courtesy car, repairs completed on time and kept me informed. Smooth return of courtesy car and repairs to my car are excellent. People who helped me at the garage were lovely and really kind and helpful - many thanks!

Result is absolutely disappointing
3 week gone now car is still not fixed perfectly . Avoid .

They made me pay the excess of 350£ when it was not necessary and I’m still waiting the refund. Also they did not fix some damage in the wheel and I awaiting instructions on getting the car back but nothing yet

Nice fellow that came to my house to view the damage. The car was taken away for repair, and return to my address by two different chaps and once again first class lads.
