Wasn’t impressed to get my car back and find it still had problems with the steering/suspension even after being told a road test is carried out not sure who rod tested my car but these knocking sounds and rubbing sounds have been there since I picked up the car can never get through to there office in the mornings. Still yet to have the car sorted 3 weeks down the line

The car was collected at the allocated time. The necessary repair was fully discussed on collection.

The car was returned at the allocated time,& the work undertaken again fully discussed.

I was surprised at the short timescale, impressed with the impeccable workmanship, & delighted my car was returned in pristine condition.

They offered me a replacement vehicle which I didn't need as my husband's car was available to use. They left me with my car until they had most of the parts. They offered me 'green' parts which was something new to me & quite acceptable as we recycle whenever possible. They turned up on time & returned my car on time. I was happy with their service ☺️ 🍒

The pick up and drop off went without any hitch at all and the workmanship is brilliant

The car damage was reviewed at my home the day after the accident was reported. Car collected for repair on the the 18th May and returned to me filly repaired and clean on the 31st May.
