DLG Auto Services is Direct Line Group’s UK network of bodyshops, today consisting of 23 garages nationwide which makes us one of the largest repair groups in the UK. We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. All repair work comes with a 5-year guarantee, and we are committed to ensuring we meet the manufacturers repair standards to ensure our customers vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. By investing in new technologies, we are preparing the business for the future and will have a better understanding of how technology will affect the design and manufacture of cars. Our high operating efficiency allows us to deliver excellent cost control whilst meeting our environmental targets through lowering emissions and increased recycling. We are exploring a range of solutions to embed our environmental goals as part of our emissions reduction strategy, including using alternative fuels such as hydrogenated vegetable oil and energy efficient lighting. Avoid i had a really bad experience…

Avoid i had a really bad experience with this garage after an accident i have received my car back worse than what it was came back to me with sensor issues, Awful experience when asked I was told to take my car to dealers for a full diagnostic report which would cost me £750 ,and old woman which i believe may have been one of the staff was very rude,hope she faces the same issue! Karma is real!

This is my third time to have my car…

This is my third time to have my car fixed in this shop. My first two was excellent service only this time the receptionist didn't give me enough time to have the courtesy car return in how they want it (cleaned and fuelled up to the level they delivered the car to me). She called me to say my car's done and they need the courtesy car back before 4:45pm. They usually call or email a day before to give me time. This time she called me few hours before I need to return the car bearing in mind, I was at work till 3pm. I managed to have the car fuelled but not cleaned due to not having enough time. But the repair's excellent just the above issue.

Hyundai new door amd respray

Oh my god i can not believe what first class professionals from the well mannerd gentlemen that brought us the courstey car and they kept me in touch with what stage the car was going through, and when they brought the car back i could not believe it how they managed to match the metallic colour amazed me was all cleaned and polished like new when they brought the car back to me, absolutely unbelievable highly recommended thank you.

As a disabled person whos car has been…

As a disabled person whos car has been with them for 2 weeks and there is no completion or even a date to when my.car part they need is going to be deliveeed , sorry this is vwry inconvenient to me and my childen and irs draining my.pockets making it hard for mw.complete things u need to do at home.for work and my children and 2 weeks.into them having my car which u need very much i still have no date to when it will be fixed or returnwd im.not happy at all.

First class service.

From collection of my car to its return, DLG were informative, professional and friendly.
Contact was maintained throughout the repair process advising me of where the car was and expected completion date.
The standard of repair is incredible. The finished condition is immaculate.

Excellent Repair Service

Communication was key and I was informed of what was required and a realistic time of when it was to be achieved. The speed of repair was excellent and the assessment was even carried out the same day. Collection and drop off times were carried out as arranged and overall everything went smoothly.

Second time I've used DLG. Excellent again. Turned up when expected for collection and return. Very pleasant individuals to deal with. Regular updates. Repair completed quicker than original quote.

Excellent service from DLG

Excellent service from DLG. My car was repaired by them through Churchill insurance. They responded quickly when contacted by Churchill. My car was collected, repaired and returned to me in 7 days. I was kept updated about the progress throughout. Excellent work and professional staff

Excellent service

Excellent service. From the pick up service. Both drivers phoned to let me know an estimated time of arrival. The first driver explained what would happen next .The garage kept me upto date with what was happening with my car and estimated day when my car repair would be completed.The car was dropped off to me. At a time that was convenient for me . Both drivers we're very friendly, very happy too answer any questions. Highly recommend. Five star review.
