We were ready to have the most stressful time ahead of us but the repair was done quickly ( in 3 days ), and I truly appreciate the clear communication throughout the process. It’s rare to find a garage that goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, and I’m grateful our insurance company works with DLG

My car was collected by DLG Warwick for repair after an accident via my insurance company, they could only pick it up from my home address as they did not cover my work address even though it’s just 10miles away so I needed to take unpaid leave off work as their timeframe was 8am-12pm. My car was collected and driven back to their garage rather than on a truck so using my fuel. The courtesy car was dropped off dirty inside and out, there was no screen wash and the windscreen was all smeared, there was only 20miles of fuel left, a dust cap was missing and the tyre pressure indicator was on. I had to go to a petrol station 3 times over the week to pump up the tyres and get my hands dirty from the dirty tyres. I reported it to the garage after pumping them up the second time and they said they would fast track my car to get finished and drop it off the following day, I took the morning off work unpaid and no one turned up. They called me that afternoon to say it would be the following day so I had to take that morning off unpaid too and it was dropped off successfully on a truck with barely any fuel left in it. The repair work completed was good but my car was dirty when it was delivered back and the driver said he would get the garage to contact me about giving me money to get it cleaned properly, no one ever contacted me.

Absolutely great service from start to finish. I was given a courtesy car at the same time as my car was collected for repair. Very informative and communication was brilliant. The work was carried out to an excellent standard and my car was delivered back.
