DLG Auto Services is Direct Line Group’s UK network of bodyshops, today consisting of 23 garages nationwide which makes us one of the largest repair groups in the UK. We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. All repair work comes with a 5-year guarantee, and we are committed to ensuring we meet the manufacturers repair standards to ensure our customers vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. By investing in new technologies, we are preparing the business for the future and will have a better understanding of how technology will affect the design and manufacture of cars. Our high operating efficiency allows us to deliver excellent cost control whilst meeting our environmental targets through lowering emissions and increased recycling. We are exploring a range of solutions to embed our environmental goals as part of our emissions reduction strategy, including using alternative fuels such as hydrogenated vegetable oil and energy efficient lighting. Safety and quality are really at the heart of everything we do, and it is paramount that you would use us again and recommend us to your friends and family.

Brilliant

Very friendly. Picked car up & delivered curtesy car. Phoned with updates but could have phoned with more updates.
Work on the car was brilliant, you would not think anything had happened to it.

Shoddy work! Is there no quality control?

Had to wait two and a half weeks for a courtesy car, which arrived dirty inside and out and overdue a service by over 2,000 miles! Did not want to hold up my car being taken to be repaired so accepted the car and let DLG know, thinking they might offer to pay for a valet, but they sent another courtesy car the next day, which had its own problems, which I was not informed about and only discovered later, ie the boot didn't lock, the front parking sensor didn't work and the passenger seat belt alarm sounded when the belt was clipped in!
Then, when the car was returned the repair can only be described as shoddy! Several issues apparent - there appeared to be no quality control! After a long conversation with head office by the transport driver, with photos sent, they decided to take my car back and have another go at the repairs!
They did keep me informed and the repair was then done properly.
Do wonder how they can be recommended by my insurers Churchill, when they sent my car back with such a poor attempt at a repair!

brilliant service

After a bump in my mini and the insurance company being involved
the garage took the stress away from the onset.Having a courtesy car being delivered on a tow truck, to frequent communication throughout the process and then to to the delivery of my car with brilliant results back to
me.Would highy recommend this company.
