Everything ,from start to finish, stress free they kept me informed on each step my car was at while in their garage.Very helpful if you needed to ask anything , and when my car was ready to pick up it was absolutely immaculate, would highly recommend.
Car came back with quite a few marks and scratches that where not there before it left. Except from that everyone I dealt with was super friendly, helpful and professional

An excellent service from DLG Autoservices that started with a very polite phone call explaining in detail what would happen next.
My car was collected and a courtesy car left for use over the repair period. The following morning a DLG assessor phoned with details of the repair process required and an indication of timescale. I also received text updates as the repairs progressed. My car was delivered back on completion and within the timescale. Repair was of the highest standard- perfect. A five star service in every respect.

Car returned in immaculate condition..fully valeted
DLG kept me informed of the process for picking my car up for repair, roughly how long it would take, and when they were returning it to me. A couple of the parts are on back order so not sure how long they will take to arrive. These were not essential for the running of the car, so have been able to return my car for me to use in the meantime. Once these parts are in, they will arrange for someone to come out to me to fit them for my convenience.
Staff have been polite, friendly and very efficient. I am very happy with my experience so far.
