We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. All repair work comes with a 5-year guarantee, and we are committed to ensuring we meet the manufacturers repair standards to ensure our customers vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. By investing in new technologies, we are preparing the business for the future and will have a better understanding of how technology will affect the design and manufacture of cars. Our high operating efficiency allows us to deliver excellent cost control whilst meeting our environmental targets through lowering emissions and increased recycling. Lack of communication
Lack of communication, over spare parts.
Lack of communication after we told you where parts were available.
You did not call us back after any of our numerous calls, even when this was promised.
Took from 12/12/23 to 18/07/24, for the works to be completed.
The car was scheduled for return 4/01/24, this is when we were informed of the problem with spare parts. A text each friday is not communicat6ion of any value.

Very good allround
Very good allround. 0n tme for collection and return. Got car back earlier than expected. Very pleasent personel. Tracking system reassuring. Beautifully cleaned car --- except inside boot rim --- missed.
