Thanks for making a tricky time bearable
Your part in our recent claim was exemplary. The people we encountered were courteous and efficient, the repair was done well. All of this made the trauma of dealing with an accident so close to our house move more bearable.

Friendly and Efficient.
DLG Auto Services collected my car, did the repair and delivered the car back to me. And when I noticed a small problem with the repair, they have agreed to take the car back and sort the problem. Friendly and efficient.

Fast and Efficient
They were very efficient and quick when dealing with my car. My car was picked up a few days after a phone conversation with then. They had a very useful tracker to see where they were up to with my repairs. On top of that the repairs were finished soon that first thought. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and happy to help.

Great service
Great service. They could not pick my car up but offered me a taxi to the centre and when I had to collect it. I had several scuffs on my car and the work done on it looks great. They returned the car polished and clean. They have an online tracking system to keep a view of the progress and they completed the work faster than estimated.

A great service from start to finish
The entire service was faultless from start to finish. I was telephoned to arrange collection of my car and given a collection time. The driver collecting the car telephone half an hour before arriving. The car was put on a transporter (very carefully) when it arrived at DLG I was telephoned and texted to say it had arrived and the work would commence. I was contacted to say what work was to be carried out and given a completion date. Works were completed on time and I was texted and telephoned to arrange for my cars return. Which was again carried with no fuss and delivered with all works completed and fully valeted inside and out I really excellent service well recommended
