Good Service
Everything went very smoothly, from you dropping the Hire Car off and collecting my car for repair from my home and then the same when my car was returned and the Hire Car collected from my home and everyone involved were very nice.

I had an RTA and my Skoda Citigo was…
I had an RTA and my Skoda Citigo was taken to DLG Auto Services. I thought she may have to be written off but nooooo. I was so pleased that she was repairable! Took about 6 weeks. When she was returned I was absolutely stunned at how lovely she looked. Not only the vast repairs but she had been fully cleaned inside and was polished and shining outside. My car has never been so pampered. I’m so happy with all the repairs and appreciate those lovely extras!! I thoroughly recommend DLG. They have made my day. My car looks brand new!!Thank you all.

Very efficient
Very efficient. They kept me informed about the progress and organised the delivery of the car at my work address. The repair was perfect and the car was as good as new. Great service. Thank you!

Friendly but need more work on valeting
The pick up and drop off of the car were well organised and the drivers were friendly and courteous. However, I was not satisfied with the quality of the clean of the car. I found a sweet wrapper which was not mine, there were streaks on the inside trim and all seats, and it was still dusty in places. Also the tyre pressure warning light was on. This was disappointing

Excellent communication from start to finish.
Repaired my car before the expected date originally given.
The app is very useful.
Finally my car looks new again along with being taken care of while it was there.

Excellent customer service at DLG - Heywood
DLG provided an excellent customer service by keeping me informed regularly at every stage of the repairs and updating me for reasons for delays.
The repairs were completed to a high standard and the car was delivered on schedule.
