8 weeks of very poor communications. I asked a manager and 2 secretaries if I could have a couple of photo's of how the repair on my window column was carried out, not one of them said no. When I eventually got my car back, I asked for the photos, their reply, "oh, we never take photographs." DLG are liars and cheats.

Kept me up to date with everything alway and everything was done to a high standard would just like to say a big thank you to them

It was generally really good with helpful, courteous phone responders and technical staff. The only small issue was a delay in obtaining a part that I noticed was missing when the car was returned after repair and I hadn’t been advised prior to return of the car. It took a few weeks to obtain the part

My car was returned to me with a badly fitted front panel and the wing mirror was fitted incorrectly so that I couldn’t see the road behind me. I just see the ground. The car had to go in for a second time to be redone. I was told it would be returned in two days as it was their fault. It wasn’t returned in two days and I am still waiting to get it back. Poor service all round.

DLG were very focused on early identification of the parts that were required to address my car’s damage. An initial assessment was carried out via the photographs that had been submitted online while additional needs followed after the car was presented at the workshop. Clearly, all of this was intended to minimise the time that my car was off the road.

The standard of workmanship was excellent, this being further enhanced by a first class valeting service allowing my vehicle to be returned to me in showroom condition.

All in all, a superb performance from DLG Auto Services.

The staff was very helpful and offered to help us by giving me a couple of options on how to drop off and pick up my car due for repairs after an accident. The team was able to get my preference accommodated and the repairs were done to a high standard. The communication online and over the phone was spotless and timely. Thank you and well done!
