Superb all round service and great friendly team

The lady who answered the phone was very informative and had a lovely manner. I found the company very professional. They told me when the courtesy car would arrive and phoned to let me know they were on the way, no hanging about. They rang and told me when they had got my car and kept me well updated and it was done before they said it would be.

Communication was clear and timely. Work was to a great standard. Car returned to owner in better shape than when picked up. Great service.

Just Been told that my vehicle is ready but they cannot replace all of the decals as they are not available. A quick look on the Internet and there are at least 10 websites that will supply exactly the decals they say are unavailable. So they are sending it back not completed as far as I see. Also I have had to pay the excess on the policy before they will allow me to inspect the work. The fact that the repairers is the same group as the insurer does not impress me as from experience the emphasis is usually on reducing costs and cutting corners. I'll certainly be getting other quotes for my next renewal. It's just really disappointing

Very smooth process from dealing with insurance , booking repair and arranging courtesy car . The car pickup
and delivery was scheduled to my convenience.
They were very courteous and professional and worked with me to make the whole process easier . The car repair was quick and done to a very high standard.

DLG we’re excellent with their customer service. They kept me informed all the way through the process and delivered the car back to me a within a week.

These are quick they collect the car and return it via a trailer they also keep you informed about what is going to how long and if there’s any problems they were really good and true to there word happy with how things went

Very good communication, very good and quick service

You've heard the expression 'Under-promise and over-deliver' in order to keep your client happy. Since I'd heard other's talk about the delay in getting their car back after an accident, due to supply problems, I was expecting my car to be away for at least a week and a half. When it arrived back after only a week, not only was the outside looking better than it did before the accident, the inside was mint. And the telephone contacts were informative and sympathetic. All in all, made me feel much better about the whole unfortunate experience.

It was a very straight forward experience with DLG, they did what they said they were going to do every time and on time, from picking the car up to returning it.

It was great dealing with DLG. Throughout the whole process, they were helpful. The courtesy car was on time. I am impressed with the detailed repair work. They checked the car thoroughly, changed the tyres and removed the dents. Customer service is top-notch.
