***BUYER BEWARE*** as they say, 3k repair for few bumper scratches, car returned absolutely filthy ! Very poor paint match with repaired bumper.
I can only imagine car returned filthy to try and hide the poor paint job. Insurance company should absolutely NOT be using this company.

As this was the first time that I had to make a Churchill Claim for my VW Golf.
I was very pleased with the service offered by DLG and found no problems with the whole experience.

Kept me well informed all the time. Car was finished alot earlier than initially thought.

They’re fantastic from start to finish. Polite and always keep you informed with the status of my vehicles. Also they have delivered my car on Saturday. Save me from taking time off work.

Really good service. They contacted me to arrange the repair and collected my car and then contacted me to say it was ready and delivered it back. The work was completed on time I didn't even need to chase them or call. Amazing.

Turned up on time, repaired my car to excellent standard then returned my car to agreed time.

Lovely man came to collect my car and drop off the courtesy car. Received a call that afternoon saying the car had arrived and was being checked, followed by another call the next day outlining the work that would be done. After a week the work was completed and my car returned to me when they collected the courtesy car. My car was cleaned inside and out and looked as good as new. Thanks

It's hard to meaningfully review a vehicle repair shop that I wasn't given a choice about using, especially given that I didn't pay for the service they provided. That said, I was satisfied with my experience. Their dealings with me were clear and professional, they completed the car repairs within the week (as per their estimate), and the quality of the work was good. However, I was lucky to spot that the returned car had a piece of metal nut sticking out of the spare tyre. DLG Auto Services didn't quibble about this, they just apologised and arranged for a new spare wheel to be delivered to me.

They kept me up to date on my repairs were going.
I didn't have to contact them as they updated on my repair on there website.
