Emma Wright has been an amazing agent- we arranged to view the property via email. Emma turned up on time, was very attentive and professional during the viewing, assisting with identifying all amenities inside the property, and most importantly, sharing the feeling of the property, as it is very special indeed and a lovely flat.

Next steps were discussed in the short window of five minutes for the viewing, and Emma helpfully emailed the application form, and advised of next steps.

The viewing process was very smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The agents were friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. I would especially like to mention Joye, who was amazing throughout the property viewing and the whole process. She was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely pleasant to speak with, which made the experience much more comfortable. Overall, I had a very positive experience with the agency and would happily recommend them.

1st interaction with this company was them threatening me to pay for damage done by someone else to a shared front door. 2nd interaction was them telling me work will be getting done on my apartment. Starting date they gave me was wrong, the finishing date was wrong and even the work being done turned out to be wrong. Didn't want to take any responsibility when this impacted me. 3rd interaction with this company was them illegally increasing my rent twice inside 12 months. They denied this was illegal and then ignored my emails until I phoned their head office and demanded a response. Conveniently it was only after I had moved out and they had increased the price again for the next tenant they then admitted they had acted illegally and that it shouldn't of happened. They'll mess you around, ignore you and even break the law. Avoid.

Dj Alexander made our move in experience very easy and with little to no stress. We want to give a big shout out to Eve and Chloe, who were both really helpful and catered to our every need. Thanks again

I called up to ask a request - to find out if someone could help me with finding various legal documents for a flat I bought through Grants Property Management 7 years ago. Grants changed their name to Sandstone before beingvtaken over by DJ Alexander in 2024. I thought I was probably asking for the impossible request however Leandra Brown from the Edinburgh office went the extra mile for me. I was so impressed by her attitude. Nothing was too much or too difficult. She was super efficient on the phone and told me that she would love to help track down the info I needed. She said it might take a while but she would get onto it straight away. Anyway, much to my surprise she emailed me back within the hour to tell me she had found everything I asked her for. I was so grateful to Leandra. I hope she gets to read this because I had wanted to write to the boss of D J Alexander to let them know how good the service I had received was. She went over and above what I was expecting. First class service Leandra. Thank you.

Having rented from them for 18 months I have nothing negative to say about them, only positive. Always quick to answer queries, quick with repairs and incredibly friendly staff especially Alisha Simpson who made the whole process seamless and was incredibly supportive and friendly

Eve Mack (Property Manager) was active and supportive during the early tenancy confirmation days. Her coordination helped us to make decisions and take action on related things in a timely manner. Thanks to the DJ Alexander team, including the field personnel who showed us the property.

Our property has been under DJ Alexander management for 10 years and we have recently had a tenancy transfer, which required some property upgrades and maintenance. Thanks to Emma Fairgrieve for managing the everything so quickly, comprehensively and for being so patient with us.

Connor was fantastic in getting us started in our rental journey. He answered all questions in a timely and detailed manner.

I let my Property through Dj Alexander and the company was able to find the tenant quickly. There was quite a bit of work required to turn around and there were some delays however Amy O'Neil, End of Tenancy Property Relationship Manager was able to take charge close the pending works. She also found that some of the works were not required and was able to adjust this with the contractor and we added value in the bathroom. All in all, good service

I just rented a house in Glasgow via Dj Alexander. Caroline met us at the viewing she was amazing made everything easy. She replied to every question even when it was a weekend end. Refrening and moving process was all done smoothly and promptly. Even when hading over the keys Caroline met us at the property and made sure everything was OK before she left. I Highly recommend them.

I had a great experience over the phone with DJ Alexander. My son had a query for one of the properties as he is moving to Edinburgh for university. Phoebe in the letting department was fantastic on the phone. Really patient and answered all the questions I had without rushing and really put my mind and my sons mind at ease as we were concerned about property availability close to September!
