I have recently moved between two DJ Alexander flats and Caroline, the property manager from the Glasgow branch, has been a great help throughout. Her friendly and welcoming personality was exactly what i needed during a daunting and nervous time, and i have now settled into my new home - thank you Caroline!

Good experience. Quick and responsive process.

I would like to provide a 5 star review for Robin - who conducted the most professional yet relaxed and courteous property inspection that I have ever had in over 20 years of renting a property in Edinburgh.

Avoid at all costs! In our previous flat they ignored required repairs for months with a catastrophic outcome. Then on leaving charged £190 for a cleaning bill for ‘dust’ and 1 cobweb - the flat was left cleaner than when we moved in. Do not trust them…..

Pains me that I had to choose one star.
Mistakenly made the assumption that because their boards are everywhere meant that they were a reputable firm.
Terrible experience with first flat. Filthy upon entry then had to leave due to rat infestation. Tried to bill for the mess that rats and bluebottles made. Consistently on the side of the slum landlord.
Ensure that you take photos and document everything....and beware any flat on Murieston Crescent.

I was in the property for 18 years and never had any problems with the service I was provided. I am very grateful to Ailsa Nicolson who is an excellent employee to the company. Very helpful and friendly and supportive with everything I needed. Can't speak more highly of Ailsa and will miss chatting with her.

A very good, professional company.
My case was personally handled by Shannon Patrick, who is the End of Tenancy Property Manager. I can speak of her in nothing but the highest terms. She resolved the matter – which was by its very nature quite complicated – efficiently, professionally and, above all, with great kindness and personal interest. I hope DJ Alexander realises what a brilliant professional – and simply a good person – they have in that role. I thank her wholeheartedly for all the help she provided.

Agents have always been polite and helpful organising things in a reasonable timeframe. Recent Inspection was no different, polite quick and no issues to bring up what so ever.

Gill from Aberdeen office has been excellent throughout the last 4 years I have worked with her every time. Excellent and prompt communication, very helpful with professional advice. Always securing tenants promptly and the period of moving in/out is very swift

Through working with DJ Alexander, my wife and I were able to find the perfect place to rent in Edinburgh. Our agent, Emma, did a spectacular job of making the process easier at every step of the process. Highly recommend this service!

Kavya has been very helpful throughout what became quite a lengthy issue. She kept me updated, coordinated everything efficiently with the tenants and contractors, and was always professional and courteous. I particularly appreciated her patience while I explored a number of different options before deciding how to proceed. Many thanks for all your help.

Charlotte Findlay has been very responsive and cooperative in the leasing of my house. This has involved coordination of house access with my neighbour Mr Scott Thomson in my absence.

As a Landlord, I had a recent maintenance issue handled in an excellent manner by, Saif Tufail, Property Relationship Manager at DJ Alexander. The issue was dealt with in a professional and timely manner, resulting in a positive outcome for the tenant and myself, as the property owner. The DJ Alexander team continue to deliver a professional and easy to 'work with' property management service.

I have newly moved into my first flat with my boyfriend which can be daunting but I have had such a nice experience with DJ Alexander. Caroline showed us around the flat and answered every question we had. Would highly recommend her.

He has been managing some complicated work on my flat and is an absolute pleasure to work with.Xavier is so quick and efficient in his communication and detailed in his approach ….actually the best contact I have ever had at DJ.

DJ Alexander have managed a property for me for 3 years and are now handling the sale, I could not recommend them enough! Every department I have dealt with have been so helpful and efficient, they really make everything so easy! I will not hesitate to use them in the future and I would like to give a special shout out to Leandra in the Edinburgh sales team who went above and beyond to help me this morning.

I would just like to say a big 'thank you' to the Balmoral team, and especially to Jessica for all the help and effort they have put in. Jessica really seemed to understand the urgency needed to sort out the issues, and was in regular contact with me to keep me up to date and arrange what needed to be done very professionally.
