Could not get a Stihl Chainsaw part (trigger) from Stihl NZ. Ordered a few weeks ago. Notification of dispatch next business day from UK. Just arrived in NZ. Fitted perfectly in a few minutes and now have a working chainsaw again. Great service to the other side of the world and will definitely use them again. Highly recommended

Ordered a spare part for my chainsaw in april never got any part delivered nor a reply from this company or apologies After asking for a refund due to discontinuation of the item they swiftly took action and refunded me

We ordered a part recently and it was dispatched but due to new customs rules into Ireland the part was returned - Jon in customer services contacted us immediately and advised they could re-send it through a courier, which he did. He was extremely helpful. Thank you Jon. Regards Teresa Bowe

Found process of ordering simple, communication easy , emailed order confirmation then updated when order despatched . Good price and post and packing very fair, would definitely use again without problem ,highly recommend !!!

Ordered obscure parts from their website, expecting delays where they would have to scrape parts from manufacturer (Stihl).
Amazed when they arrived with no fuss whatsoever 5 days later. So unusal these days to find someone who does what they promise

I have used this company a couple of times when I have required spares for my Mitox Multitool. The parts arrived promptly and were well labelled.The service was excellent and the parts were of top quality. Full marks!

Great company with great customer service. I was easily able to go through the different parts diagrams for my Stihl MS192tc chainsaw and add items to my cart. I placed the order and received the items in a few days (from the UK to the US). One part was incorrect. I emailed them and they quickly sent me the correct part. Their customer service is spectacular. Thanks Jon!

I placed an order for a belt guard over a week ago and have not received the part, though they have accepted payment. It is not possible to speak with anyone on the telephone numbers provided. I am now seeking a full refund.
I have emailed numerous times, but the messages bounce back.

I have now received my refund for the scarifier belt i found the contact method a bit complicated so that is why i rate them a 3 star.

Ordered a part 10 days ago.
Have heard nothing since despite trying to contact them via their contact us link on their web page and multiple attempts to phone them.

Since placing this review DIY spare parts have contacted me. They conveniently claim not to have received any of my messages. Shame I had to write a review to get them to answer my query.
Perhaps if they devoted some of their time spent monitoring review sites to answering their phones my experience might have been more satisfactory.
Anyway they cannot fulfill my order and don't know when they will be able to, so I have cancelled it.

I was impressed with their Web Site and ordered my parts from that. I didn't get an immediate delivery date and emailed to see if there was a problem. I had a reassuring response by return that there was a stock issue with the manufacturer who they would chase. I was kept informed of progress and my parts arrived as promised.

DIY Spare parts have responded.......and will get back to me with an ETA. I have changed my rating accordingly. I suggest that they need more staff, even if temporary, to help field the customer queries on delay.....

I ordered a part 3 weeks ago and can not get hold on anyone at all to answer a question about when it might arrive (even rare items should take 7-10 days according to the website). I have had no response on phones or to emails.
I would happily re-review if/when the part arrives but at the moment the customer service has been totally absent. I fully understand that COVID/the stressed supply chain affects orders but it doesn't affect the ability of a business to communicate with its customers.

I contacted this company to ask for help identifying parts applicable to a Honda Leaf Blower. A gentleman called Andy responded quickly to my request and once having confirmed the exact model of Blower, was swiftly able to provide the support I needed.
