I couldn't buy the fitting I wanted…
I couldn't buy the fitting I wanted locally so ordered online. Big downside for me that there is no telephone number for this company, which they confirmed to me by email when I asked the question. This is not acceptable to me as a customer.

We are pleased we could supply the fitting you needed but as we explained when you contacted us last week, we are an ecommerce-only business and all communication is by email. We invariably respond within 1 working hour and not having a call centre helps us keep our prices low.

Cheap and FAST delivery
The things I ordered were a lot cheaper than the three main diy stores. I got free delivery and it arrived fast. I hope the range of things sold improves as this is my new go to site for DIY stuff.
