Fake item and fake consulation, Don't buy its all fake after collecting money they are not given any consultation also.. Bloody fake and scam people , report consumer court .

Disappointing Experience – Poor Product Quality and No After-Sales Support

I purchased an opal, panna (emerald), and pokhraj (yellow sapphire) from this seller in June. At the time of purchase, I was encouraged to buy the gemstones, and I was promised one year of complimentary astrology services along with support in case of any issues with the products.

Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

The opal ring has a significant gap and does not fit properly against my finger, raising concerns about comfort and hygiene. The pokhraj ring was provided with a metal other than silver, and the colour of the metal has already started fading. Considering that this business specializes in gemstones, I expected much better product quality, proper guidance, and transparency regarding the materials used.

The biggest concern, however, is the complete lack of after-sales support. My point of contact, Mohit, is neither answering my calls nor responding to my messages. I have been trying to contact the company for approximately a month, but I have received no response or assistance. The promised astrology service and post-purchase support have also not been provided as expected.

It is disappointing to see a business that sells gemstones fail to take responsibility for customer concerns after completing a sale. Customer service should not end once payment is received.

Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious before purchasing gemstones online. Whenever possible, visit a physical store or buy from a trusted local jeweller so that you can inspect the gemstone, verify the ring material, check the fitting, and clarify the after-sales service before making a purchase.

I hope the seller takes this feedback seriously, improves product quality and customer support, and resolves the concerns of existing customers. I would appreciate a response and a proper resolution to these issues.

I invested a sum of Rs.11 for consultation as appears on my fb account but after several follow-up I got 1 same answer that the astrologer is very busy please wait we will reply soon

A bunch of scammers. Never ever trust this organization. They just know how to loot people. The customer service is pathetic and absolutely nonsense. Don't know how is this organization still running. People should file a police case and get this scam shut down.

Two weeks ago Rahul ji told me to wear red coral and golden pearl, but I was out of budget for one of them, so I asked his female assistant later to only wear red coral at present, his assistant told me yes you can only wear red coral if golden pearl is presently out of budget, I wore it but I started losing money in business. My weight increased.

Had a terrible experience with Divinelane. Representative from Divinelane is highly insensitive and unprofessional. This platform seems a utterly a commercial platform. If you do not buy gemstones from them, their concerns about your wellbeing will vanish. I checked the reviews and pulled back from buying the gemstones and asked Divinelane representative that he should share the remedies (as promised by guruji) over whatsapp. He was like: if you donot buy stones these remedies wont work. What kind of logic is that?? Thank God that I have been saved and pulled myself to buy any gemstone without doing proper research.

Pathetic service. After booking you have to forgot the product as the sales man will give you lots of promise but not the product.... all the sales person will give lots of fake promises.

They didn't send the product that was shown, but I decided to give it a try anyway and have been using it for three months. During the first month, I felt like it might be good—I felt positive for about 15 to 20 days—but ultimately, there was no change.

I have already listed my grievances two times here .. the emi request are coming promptly. But the solutions is no where to be seen ...even after two months the fire opal over sized ring for my daughter is still to arrive after they collected last week. The moonga ring , again over sized and unwearable is yet to be collected back , even after 2 months ... Extremely frustrating , extremely unacceptable and extremely insensitive staff like Aakash are the root of these problems. And he actually threatened me .. I have his voice note as an evidence . So please avoid these people completely. It is going to take away any remaining peace of mind you have ... Forget getting a solution, Your problems will actually increase ... The fact that you thought of them is proof enough of the bad times you are having.!!!
