Avoid at all costs for lots of reasons
RG 10/5/73 Avoid company for lots of reasons. Exceptionally poor management, and office staff communication right from “those who answer the phone to directors who promise to provide legally entitled care documentation to me and simply have ignored my request.
Some carers really care and are nice but I’ve found thrm to be the minority, the language barrier has often been an issue. But not for all,
The worst thing apart from management attitude and unresponsive care giving - is they are so CORRUPT they started off 4 years ago being attentive and trying hard to meet my needs
They Couldn't and should never have agreed to continue to provide my care past the weekend of initial emergency cover as CHC / icb rufusednto reach out to appropriate providers who clearly stated in my commissioning care plan - they should provide appropriately trained staff to cope with my medical needs - they never did any appropriate training for my “complex care needs” for my LIFE THREATENING multi complex conditions and I think just hoped all would be OK!- until it didn’t and an ambulance was called to me “the last time” as I has passed out and took ages to come around due to LOW blood pressure issues - and the care worker that had been a part of the team for well over a year!! She didn’t even know the name of my LIFE threatening medical condition (that one it wasn’t that she tried to explain) as ED !!!! More like ET phone 📞 home 🏠 which may have been mo I’ve got numerous (many) video footage of carers providing very dangerous unsafe care, communication struggles and carers either bad attitudes - even recognised by their co workers……. The company is corrupt and also has a sister company that is corrupt and employ “mainly those from abroad on a sponsorship - often exceptionally over qualified for care - but come her and have brought dependents and children who don’t work and pay U.K. tax and are a drain on out NHS - schools - doctors - dentists and quite frankly have come here hoping to get a more appropriate job “when they can - leaving our care sector in a absolute mess…. The company have been reported repeatedly to CQC and home office for illegal activities taking cash payments from their staff for sponsorships “they/ Divine are supposed to pay for - so many have this evidence and have submitted it to the home office after they made 60 staff redundant - revoking sponsorships without advising the staff and telling them later “it was a error they are trying to sort - be patient and we will resolve things”. Meanwhile they were clearing the office of evidence and files that may incriminate them….. and their status was revoked as a company - (divine that is) and meanwhile those the revoked sponsorships for have now had to leave the country…… one of my okd carers has only days left before she has to leave - but because of now the evidence submitted to the home office is on such a widespread scale the company are now thankfully being investigated again, along with their sister company and that other companies related to former directors who were all part of the illegal money taking sponsorship scam that the former and current carers were unaware was so so illegal on the part of Divine…. …..
sadly there are some lovely carers among a load of not such good ones too that will be forced home unless they can find “legal sponsorship routes” I had 2 carers I loved a lot even though they didn’t have the correct qualifications they tried to make my life better. They were happy and supportive and made me laugh - very much unlike the company - they even sent out a member to see me, but he had no authority to give me the requested documents I am entitled to by law…. I’m still chasing them…. I’m sure there are other nice carers too that I didn’t meet over the 3,5 years I was stuck with them until they finally quit my package blaming on staff shortages “well if they hadn’t just revoked 60 persons visas their wouldn't have been a problem would there!!! I dispise they way they have treated me since their former director quit - but I also am disgusted how they have treated their staff and how many lives have been seriously damaged forever because of that - settled families with working partners having to return - because the management and inability to give even a weeks rota to staff made it impossible A now they have said staff need to be available 24/7 7 days a week and they cannot cancel any of their shifts even when off/ rest days have been requested….. oh yes and sending double up clients hours between calls and only paying for contact visits no travel time - regardless they had no choice and then paying thrm for example 4/5 hours in a day they started at 6am sometimes earlier and they were returning home at 9/10 pm at times - how can that be legal or fair?
Avoid this company like the plague…… seriously you don’t want to know any more!

We are a domiciliary care provider and do not provide complex clinical or specialist “complex care” services of the nature described. We have not delivered any such package to the reviewer.

Sponsorship and Immigration Allegations
