Ordered the Belgravia 6-8 seater corner dining set. Everything about the process was great from the moment of ordering to the time we lounged out on it. Delivered in 4 working days. Excellent customer service on the chat. I asked many questions before and after ordering and nothing was too much trouble. The delivery company called the day before ordering, asked if date was convenient and for any instructions. Driver called twice the following day to advise of arrival and was very pleasant and helpful. The only negatives (if you could call them that) are.. some of the bolts were a little fiddly to align and the cushions are packed inside the frame for transport so they are a little misshapen and badly creased but expect the sun will soon resolve that. The seat cushions are very deep high density foam which is very comfortable but the back cushions are fibre filled and a bit squishy but hope they will be ok over time. Overall, very happy for the price and can’t fault the company 👍

Just assembled my Belgravia Corner set and have to say how impressed I am with the quality and how easy it was to assemble. Fast and efficient delivery service and great communication, so happy with it can’t wait till we eventually get some fine weather to use it 😁 Thank you Chris👍

Just put up my Belgravia rattan set I ordered in the January sale. Absolutely love it. Very pleased with the set which arrived within a few days of ordering.

I used chat to talk to contact Customer services where a Lady named Emily was extremely helpful. Once I placed my ordered I was kept upto date with what was happening ie glass to table smashing and other options being suggested. Very good. Delivery was quick and i'm happy with the item i purchased.
