The Lydia wig is as incredible as the Youtube videos I watched told me it would be. This hair is AMAZING and the customer service team has helped me all along the way with getting to this piece. Definitely buying more wigs from here down the line! A+ experience!

This was a poor quality wig and a poor customer service experience. They won't make it easy for you to make a return.

To begin, after placing my order, the company sent me a follow-up letter confirming my details. They sent me another customer's shipping address and email. So much for privacy ordering from here.

The wig was shipped from China (so if you want to return, know you're shipping back to China) in a plastic FedEx bag, which resulted in a crushed package when I received it.

Though I purchased a 16", 150% density wig, I received a 22" wig (don't get excited yet) that was super thin on the bottom half, and there were lots of 2" hairs on the top.

The company ignored my initial request to return the wig and claimed there wasn't a problem with it. They said I was measuring the wig length incorrectly, even though I did it according to the instructional photo they sent me. To explain the 2" at the top, they said it was a layered wig (apparently mullets are in style), even though the product page never described it as such.

The only reason they eventually followed up to give me instructions to return the wig is because I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I did not return the wig to continue the dispute with my credit card company, so I cannot speak as to whether or not they'll actually credit you back.

I HAVE SEVERAL EMAILS FROM HER WITH HER LIES AND EXCUSES I WISH I COULD POST HERE TO SEE . SHE HAS MY HARD EARNED £300 AND IM NOT GIVING UP I WILL BE POSTING HER FRAUDULENT EMAILS ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS FOR ALL TO SEE HOW DECEITFUL STELLA IS AS HER EMAILS WILL SHOW AND WHEN YOU CALL OR EMAIL YOU RARELY GET A REPLY DAYS LATER , SHE IS UNTRUSTWORTHY AND A CROOK SHE WILL SEND YOU SWEET CONVINCING EMAILS WHICH SEEM SINCERE BUT ONCE SHE GETS YOUR MONEY SHE WILL GHOST YOU . ANYONE BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE GO ON FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, TWITTER AND SEE WHAT THIS THIEF STELLA SENT ME BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING. YOU CAN ALSO SEE MY EMAILS AND HOW MANY OF THEM IVE SENT AND PHONECALLS AND MESSAGES ON INSTAGRAM AND ON PAYPAL SO DONT GET SUCKED IN LIKE ME BE WISE. I love this hair. It's Liya Liya by Divaswigs. The hair is so beautiful, and it holds the curls very well. It has a soft texture and looks real as if the hair grows from hair scalp. I have gotten a lot of compliments about this hair, and I even got more clients (Coworkers) who are planning to purchase this hair. I have been a Divaswigs customer since 2014, and I'm not disappointed.

Sent me a total trash wig claiming it’s 100% virgin human hair but that’s BS ITS 100% total garbage made of fiber. I have filed a claim with PayPal and anyone who bought one TRUST ME you’ll never receive it. Only reason I got one is because they were suspicious of me being very inquisitive after I ordered. File a claim with PayPal get your money back. Why think it’s wasted! Especially if you never get it!

I ordered this wig to wear for a wedding. I co washed my wig before wearing and noticed it was completely over bleached across the whole hair line. I threw away all the packaging due to the corona virus since their wigs come from China. I am stuck with an over bleached $329 wig. So upset.

I ordered a wig & spent $359 & still haven't received it. I purchased the wig right before the Coronavirus outbreak but was told that the delay was due to the Chinese holiday. It's been over a month & now they won't respond to any of my emails. This was my first & last purchase & I'm trying to get a refund.

I see a lot of good comments on the wigs from this company . But my experience was a night mare I ordered two wigs for my daughter and one for me around year in a half ago and all three wigs. hair was shedding every where. They went totally bald . I felt bad cause I bragged on this company and talked my daughter to buy the wigs she paid over 700 dollars for both and I paid 350 for one i caused her to waste money. Although we had a terrible experience I know from that experience not to order from this company again.. I will stick with My First Wig. Never been disappointed with them !
