I've been buying from Divas Wigs since 2018. I have a wig from 2018 that I still use today, no shed, no tangling. I also buy from them hair bundles and these are not as good quality as the wigs because I have to replace them every single year but overall the hair quality is good and the shipping is decent (5-7 days).
Customer service is good.
My only complaint as of today is perhaps the price. It is quite pricier than other hair stores.

Listen folks. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE THEY ARE SCAMMERS. They do not offer a refund no matter how many messages you send.

Don’t buy from them. Their wigs are extremely OVERPRICED for the quality you receive. The pictures always look different from what you actually get. Their wigs are not good quality and are poorly made. They also don’t offer free returns.

It took 8 emails and more than a month to receive a refund of $270. Plus, I had to pay $60 to send the wig back to China. This company takes advantage of women by using false advertisement, poorly manufactured wigs at a high price and HORRIBLE customer service when it comes to an unsatisfied customer. Don't waste your money!!

if i could give no stars i would. i bought a wig 2 years ago and im just taking the time out to find a trusted review site and found this. The wig i ordered was low quality and I would have been better off buying from amazon altho ive never. I'm almost certain this place is a scam, when i had the time to return it it was too late besides that I sent photos to the company just like they asked and they insisted that the wig was exactly what i ordered. Im not a novice wig wearer and buyer, but consumers BEWARE. This place is very dissatisfying and for those who expect to receive what they see on the site, super disappointing. a few hundred dollars for a mop top. Also, the crinkled hair was not straightenable. lol if thas a word, i am a professional barber beautician, water oil and a hot blow dryer couldnt straighten out the crinkles in that hair pattern. Im convinced it was an EXTREME false advertisement . PS, I DID NOT GET MY MONEY BACK AND THE MOP TOP SITS IN A BOX WAITING FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

I bought a wig “ NEW REAL SCALP HD LACE-Loose Wave Malaysian Human Hair Undetectable HD Invisible 360 Lace Frontal Wig- MAMIE” 22 inch. What I received was a big mess. I sent them pictures and described how I wanted my curls/waves on this wig. Stella said it was fine we can make it like you want it ( I like Ciara, carbi B type of curls waves) I also stated when the wig was finished to let me see the wig (video, pictures etc…) and not sending the wig out without my permission. And yes you can already guess without any notice I was surprised I got my wig. When I opened my package what a big messy wig. It was like they sewed a bunch of hair to a cap. The weft/tracks was very visible. Middle of the cap. You can see it it and feel it. Stella said here’s a video of a famous youtuber. Look and learn … excuse me without a headband it’s impossible to wear this wig. It was more a half wig then 360 wig.A had 3 of 4 inches of lace. The frontline very thick, parting the hair pfff even worse. I asked a transparent lace because I’m quite fair. You don’t see the dots hahaha because the hairline is so thick. When I tried it on it was very uncomfortable you could see the tracks and feel the weft. The length was certainly not 22 inches. It was cut in layers the ends very thin and the top was so poofy and big it’s like they sewed all the hair on that part of the cap. top of the cap the hair was 18, on the side 16 inch and in the nape 20. There was so many layering that the middle part/ top of the cap was very very big. Yes I big poofy curly thick wig. The type of curls were nothing like I asked for. Even the elastic band they sewed inside was not at the good place. All I had on my head was a miserable crappy wig for 504$. Stella is very good in persuading telling people what you want to hear.. She/he said “the lace is not a full lace wig but a 360 lace closure wig sewed with lace closure and machine wefts so you could see weft lines in the middle machine wefts. If you just purchased the wrong wig cap by mistake ans still keep the whole lace intact as below please kindly send me pictures show this to let me send you return instructions to ship it back to us” people like Stella are scammers, now I have to return the wig from Europe to China. Where a live I can’t sent it with fed ex or dhl. So I have to use the local postal office. First of all it will cost a fortune to sent it back and second of all they will never receive it . I already had a same experience when sending an order back to China. I lost my package and my money because PayPal wouldn’t refund me. If they just sent me the wig I ordered I would definitely not being in this situation. In my 10 y wearing all kind of wigs I never received such a crappy wig. I have alopecia and wear my wigs 7/7. Honestly I can’t even describe write in words what they sent to me. How come These scammers still sell crappy wigs and PayPal won’t do anything to it. I’m not someone who like to write reviews or tell you what you have to do. If someone lives in europe and wants my wig let me know maybe you can work with it but to me it’s not even worth 1 euro.

I ordered a 12 inch, yaki bob with a 5x5” lace closure from this company. Worst experience ever! This wig was not cut into a bob. It looks raw - hair just added to a cap and that’s it! Not even an attempt at styling it into a bob like the picture I ordered from. The hair is unhealthy and rough. The lace is hard which means it will be itchy. The ends are so thin and brittle that I don’t think I can cut enough off to create a healthy looking bob. The applied Yaki texture is uneven with some lengths not texturized at all and gaps in the texture all over the place. There were no bleached knots so they are super apparent. To top all of that off, there’s a pea sized hole in the lace. After contacting Customer Service and telling them all of this as well as sending them pics of what I ordered and what they sent me, the solution offered was to send it back for a replacement or accept a $10 refund! $10 on a $200 wig that was nowhere close to what I ordered. I was insulted and so angry and let them know. I know better than to send the wig back to a company that has already proven a lack of integrity only to have them tell me that they never received the wig. I asked them to just do the right thing and send me the wig I ordered which is when they offered a $15 refund - talking about the low profit margins for on-line businesses, as if that should be my concern. After realizing that I was dealing with unscrupulous characters, I decided I might as well try to work with this wig but it’s not working out. The hair is weak and limp and will not lend itself to a nice, full bob. Please do not order from these scammers.

Well received my wig on last week 8/202. Well I was happy when it was delivered, however when I open the box, it was another story! Lice eggs were all over this wig. An egg had hatched and fell in the box, I was devastated! I turned the water on and threw it in the sink. Got in the showers shampooed my hair and washed my body. I told my daughter about it, and she said mom did you throw it out side. I told her I threw it in the sink in water. My daughter you need to throw that thing in the trash outside, and I did. I emailed Divasis.com, Helen emailed me back and asked me to send the wig back. I thought, why would she think I still had that wig full of lace in my house, let alone packaging that wig full of lice and sending it back to them. I told her God will repay me, since Helen’s company wanted me to send that wig back to them. I advise all, please check your wigs you buy from Divasis.com. They are aware that some of the wigs have lice in them. I truly feel that this company is not professional, just out to make money, at other’s expense. I will never buy anything from this company again. Stay away from Divasis.com if you don’t want to shave your hair off due to lice in your wigs! I have a witness!

Spent 225.00 to make a braided wig they sent me a piece of 💩my dog could had made blind ,it took over a month to receive it,even after corresponding over emails it's a short company and I don't recommend it at all.i feel foolish and used.

I would definitely put zero stars if I could. I did not get the wig I ordered. It was extremely thin,so you definitely need to color your lace as far bacj as you can with concealer or foundation. The smell is horrible! I washed it once and it is currently drying, but hints of the smell are still there. There are a ton of fly-aways as well as randomly cut short hairs in the back and the side, as if this was a used wig. There's no sign of use besides the cuts. The lace is uncut so I'm hoping it's not used. The nots were bleached very well and the lace looks very much like skin. That is the only reason, besides the facts I paid $215 and can't get a refund, that I'm trying to make this wig work. LADIESSS!!!! PLEASEEEE pay attention to sellers return policy, and if you cannot see it on the website, don't purchase it. I made that mistake and I'm trying to make this work, but it's honestly not looking good for me.

I tired contacting the seller via email and the live message option (which says people are offline constantly). No one has gotten back to me! I googled how to start the return process and it says they have to receive the package back within 48 hours, which is impossible. It says that the return info is within the given "brochure". FALSE! They gave me more contact info. So I decided to call the #. The first time it said leave a message in the voicemail and the second time it said # disconnected. However the name when you dial it said "Washington State". That's a college. A complete SCAM. I will be reporting this to the business bureau.

The worst part is I researched reviews. They have false good reviews on all types of websites!!! These are likely paid sponsorships where they give higher quality wigs to ambassadors or something. The woman going back and forth with some "representative" was right! If you read the responses, this person is clearly lying.

Kind of disappointed. My wig took like months to get to me, and that’s only AFTER I sent several emails requesting updates and threatening to report them for fraud. Stella had all kinds of excuses about the wig density and color making it take longer to make. When I finally got my wig, the color and length were correct, but the wig itself is very thin. on the closure if you look hard you can see the tracks. Will update once it’s installed

The wig came nothing like the picture . When I tried to return it to the address they provided , it mysteriously “didn’t reach them” . I lost money and writing this review so that no one else has to.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Stella is a hot mess. She will try to scam you more than you have already been scammed. They are the biggest fraud. None of the pictures on their page is theirs. They steal pictures and can't even imitate enough, to make it at least similar. They will use all the excuses in the world to make you think you have the correct wig. They offered me a refund of $40 for a wig that was $369. I asked for return and it was ignore. The color is wrong, texture and density, ALL WRONG. Little hairs throughout the whole wig and Lil Stella suggested I take 1000 pictures in different light to see that the color was right (it's still wrong) lol.. Even wanted me to weight the wig for the density when it's thin thin. After I emailed them and complained they changed the description on the website of the wig. They don't let you leave reviews on the page. The only thing you see are fake reviews. Don't trust the YouTube because this company makes sure they have the correct products, while you get bamboozled. I've filed a dispute and then they try to gaslight you, as if you did wrong. Stella refuse to give you information about a refund. I ordered this wig 3/23 and received it 4/26. You will get No update on the status until you reach out and all of a sudden your wig is ready for shipment. I'll keep disputing until I get my money back but BUYERS BEWARE.

Do not buy a wig from this company I ordered a 26 inch curly wig and the wig that came was not the wig I order and they refuse to give me the code/label that they’re company requires you to have in order to return it!

I paid $295 for a wig that is supposed to be the highest density they have. After not hearing from the company for 2 weeks I reached out to them. This person “Stella” messaged me back and that week my wig was miraculously finished. These people sent me a damn wig that is 1 damn bundle thick. I am so pissed. I am demanding a refund and I will give an update on how this process goes

What everyone is saying about this company is absolutely true. this company is a fraud. i just received a wig from this company monday and realize, it was an entrirely diffferent wig compared to the website version: much thinner& an entirely different color . i emailed this stella woman for a return address and first she offered me 15$ voucher for a 200$ purchase, i said no and then she kept persisting with an excuse about the hair is a little off & then she started to say the wig pictures i sent were not the divas wig i received. she ignored me every time i asked for a return address to send the wig back. Now i am filing a dispute with my bank. do not do it.scammers. NEVER LISTEN TO THE YOUTUBERS, THEY GET SENT WAY BETTER VERSIONS OF WIGS.

I paid $400 for two wigs on this website. The pictures looked gorgeous so I was excited and felt I received a great deal. When they arrived in the mail I realized the wigs looked nothing like the pictures and I actually received a cheap knockoff copycat version. Just like AliExpress does with wigs. They stole pictures from other businesses or from Instagram and claimed to sell wigs just like it. I sent out an email and requested to know the return address so I can ship it back to them for a full refund. The guy named Mark emailed me and said the shipping process is very difficult and I should just keep the wigs and receive a $20 voucher from them. I said no, I really want my money back and I need the return address so I can visit a FedEx or UPS store that can ship international. They emailed again and said okay how about we give you $40 and you forget this ever happened. And I’m like, absolutely not! You wanna give me $40 after I spent $400 on knockoff cheap wigs. This business is an absolute scam. They even said it’s their right to refuse a package if it was returned to them without approval. Which means customers have tried to get their money back from this company several times before. I highly recommend people to not use this scamming company.

I brought a wig from them and it didn’t fit so I was trying to return it for a refund but this “Stella” person (who I don’t think even is a real person) kept giving me the run around about it. Which lead to me filing a dispute with my bank. I just feel so scammed. Please please please don’t spend your money on this company. It’s a rip off
