Excellent customer service expirience

I recently had an experience with DISSH that left me thoroughly impressed. I ordered a skirt that was on sale, but unfortunately, there was an issue on their end, and they couldn’t fulfill my order. They quickly emailed me to explain the situation and offered a refund or to assist in any way. I requested a similar skirt, albeit more expensive, and to my delight, they honored my request and fulfilled the order. The prompt communication and excellent customer service made me one happy customer. Thank you, DISSH, for going above and beyond!

Rectifying out of stock issues

I made an online order and one of the pieces was no longer in stock. The lovely team promptly emailed me to let me know and offered several solutions to the issue. All of which were highly favourable. I made my choice and it was executed promptly. I have great confidence in the team. Would definitely buy from Dissh again based on this.

I purchased a dress on line which…

I purchased a dress on line from Dissh which looked lovely, unfortunately I received it today and it was so poorly packed it looked like a second hand dress!
The cut is beautiful and fits great, also made very well so very happy there but the fabric was not great quality.
Disappointed overall because I read the reviews and they sounded fantastic!!
Unfortunately I will have to wash the dress to get the amount of creases out.
Disappointed 😔 sorry Dissh!

Outstanding customer service

Outstanding customer service. Satisfactory resolution to my issue with no conflict or debate. I always find Dissh are an outstanding Australian brand with excellent fabrications and production. A bit of advice is to double check sizing as this can vary depending on the style. However when this issue arises, Dissh always come to the party for a full refund with them absorbing costs for postage. Very agreeable.

Customer service is awful.

Customer service is awful.
I am an european customer who has spent hundreds of euros in their store in the last months. Now customs are included but not before. So I had a bigger effort myself to buy on their store. I have found a lot of codes of 25% that dont work once I put the email. They say they are related to specific emails. I asked if they could give me some as I havent ever got any nice gesture discount from them. No answer. I had to find a manager email to try to get an answer. She wasnt helpful anyway. I checked the piece I wanted to get it anyway and it was 10euros more expensive now! In less than couple weeks they increased the price without saying! Incredible! I asked lastly to please be refunded this difference. NO ANSWER. I love their clothes but this makes not wanting to buy from them due to the lack of nice gestures to loyal customers. Such a shame.

We can confirm, that DISSH received an overwhelming amount of feedback from our EU customers that the additional duties and taxes incurred, were an unwelcome surprise when shopping with us. Due to this feedback, we have invested in onsite upgrades to elevate and localise your experience. Meaning you are now able to shop in your local currency with duties and taxes included in the retail price.

It is also our mission to deliver on an exceptional high-quality product offering at an attainable price point. Our items are subjected to price increases on occasion due to increases in third-party manufacturing, supply chain and logistics costs. Whilst DISSH do absorb most of these costs, our prices may be subject to occasional increases in order to sustain a viable business. In an effort to remain fair to all DISSH customers, we are unable to honour price match requests on orders placed prior to a price increase or outside of a promotional period.

Regarding discount codes, we apologise as we are unable to honour a discount code that has not been provided to you by a DISSH representative. Discount codes are provided to customers on select occasions as a result of a problem with their order. These codes are single use only and are linked to the customer's specific email address as mentioned. We empathise that it is disappointing when a discount code applies at checkout prior to entering your email address however, we are unable to provide compensation for this, again, in fairness to all customers.

Whilst we empathise that you did not receive your desired outcome, we appreciate your kind understanding of our polices and we hope to have the opportunity to assist you again in future.

Do not price match!

I ordered a dress online. The shipping and quality of the dress was great. However my item went on sale a few days later for 50 gbp cheaper. Dissh do not price match. Instead they advise you return the item and repurchase it through the sale. By doing this I lost 25 gbp for the refund shipping charge.

Disshing Dissh out

I must say nothing worst that being ignored and look down by your employees. Many times I’d go to your shop to browse of something to purchase and not once did any of your employees accommodated me and my daughter.Yet, they’d give the best possible customer service to someone like them. I know I’m Asian but I do have the money to buy. Please get a pointers from Kookai, Peter Alexander and Country Road staff. Accommodating and friendly.

Exceptional Customer Service Support

I was really touched by the degree of care and attending the Dissh Customer Service team provided during a recent shopping experience. They really took the time to understand the matter and preemptively offered multiple solutions to remedy the situation. I was absolutely impressed to receive such personal care in this day and age and from such a large organisation too. I use to come to Dissh for the products alone but now, I stay because of the people.

6 star customer service with Dissh!

Tiana and Millie were both extremely prompt and resourceful in relation to my theory: their response times were both under 12 hours and they both exceeded my expectations in terms of the outcome of my inquiry - I’m a very happy customer and will be shopping with DISSH again in the future!

Awful quality of cloth - linen and cotton

First purchase, 2 dresses, cloth linen / cotton. Linen / cotton cloth is cheap and nasty. Scratchy feeling and rough. Not the beautiful soft flowing natural feeling of linen / cotton. Compared to seed heritage linen cloth Diish cloth is a 1 out of 10 and Seed Heritage a 8 out of 10. Garments have label made in China. Does not say where cloth is from. I expected a high quality at the price. Nothin like italian linen, or even basic soft linen from india. The white is not crystal white like Seed Heritage, either. The delivery was fast. Quality terrible. Will not buy again from Dissh. Returns you must pay courier. Website is misleading as does not communicate quality of cloth or where cloth is sourced from.
