Item purchased more than a month ago. After attempting to contact customer service on multiple occasions to get assistance in having them contact the delivery company to find out status of my package, they have done nothing to help until threatened with a chargeback. As of now, package is still unaccounted for, and DISSH continues to provide no next steps. Keep in mind, shipping wasn't free, it was an additional cost I paid for.
I had to return a dress I brought which had a few stains upon arrival. I contacted Dissh customer service team and Faithe was so helpful with the return process. Providing me with a few options to choose from and making sure the process to fix the errors in a smooth easy manner. I love shopping at Dissh, the quality of all the items is always incredible and I love the styles the brand produces. It’s definitely one of my favourite online store to shop at :).

I love this brand, quality is amazing. I live in London and the delivery from Brisbane takes shorter than local deliveries. I have been shopping at Dissh for years and I’m still to be disappointed🤗

Im so frustrated. I purchased a dress which I tried on but does not suit me unfortunately. I logged a return and Dissh provided a lable however I've been to every DHL store near and lable does not work or processes the return. I've tried contacting dissh multiple times and ways and I've had no reply. I feel so annoyed and worried about this purchase as im still awaiting for a new lable or some support. Also I wasn't happy about the charge of return to Australia. It's been a week and I've still not heard from Dissh. Even contacting via social media they are not responsive.

Purchased the margot leather jacket in chocolate as soon as it restocked. Arrived in just two days (in Australia) but it had a small tear in the leather on the collar which sucks....I have requested to return the faulty item but have repurchased the item again online in the meantime. It's a GORGEOUS jacket and flattering on me :') Just don't understand why such an expensive item, brand new, was faulty to begin with.

I’ve ordered from this company a few times now, and each time I’ve been let down by their customer service. This latest experience has sealed the deal for me. I accidentally ordered the wrong item and emailed them within two minutes to correct it—only to be told it was already too late to cancel. Now I’m facing a return cost of over £20 to Australia, which is completely unreasonable.
Every interaction I’ve had with their customer service team has felt dismissive and unhelpful. There’s no flexibility, no empathy—just rigid responses that feel more like a script than actual support.
Also, let’s be honest: the quality doesn’t match the price tag. £250 for a very basic item just isn’t justified, especially when there’s no aftercare to back it up.
They really need to be careful—loyal customers like me are walking away, and I doubt I’m the only one. I won’t be purchasing from them again.
I have not yet received my order, which was placed on June 3. It is now 17 days later, I received one email expressing my package would be 24-48 hours late (I paid for 5-7 day shipping). I have an event I need these clothing items for next week and I’m concerned they won’t arrive on time. I have had to track the shipment myself and am disappointed with the communication of staff and how late my package is.
I had a issue with my order being lost and I contacted Dissh support team and they were amazing, specifically Evie. She followed up with me and resent me my order with a faster shipping which was great!
Hugely frustrating experience as a first time customer.
Purchased 4 items at a total cost of c£300 on 7th June. As an international customer I could only have one type of shipping but this was estimated to be 2-4 days according to DISSH’s own website. It was only 5 days after my initial order that I got an automated email saying they were experiencing high volume of orders so were running behind. I don’t mind the delay but what was frustrating was 1) they could have contacted me earlier given they were already outside their estimated shipping times and 2) the email came across exceptionally poorly. It appears to have been written by a bot/ai and is patronising and condescending. It blames the delay on their recent 20% off promotion as if we should all be so delighted to receive any kind of discount that we wouldn’t mind the incompetent service. It tells you ‘no need to reach out’ but gives no indication as to when shipping might take place.
I did follow up when 9 days after my initial order I’d still not had so much as a shipping confirmation. I didn’t receive a response to this email. Instead a day later I get an automated email to say, again due to their site wide promotion, they’ve managed to oversell stock and were refunding 2 out of 4 of my items. As a goodwill gesture they offered a 20% discount which was hilarious as the initial promotion is still running so their offer doesn’t actually amount to anything.
Today, 11 days after my purchase I’ve received a shipping confirmation. I’ve yet to receive the clothes but the reality is, if you don’t have the infrastructure to support an uptick in sales during a promotion, don’t offer one. When you’re already having massive fulfilment issues due to your poor infrastructure, continuing to run the promotion shows a blatant disregard for customers. When you have failed a first time buyer, having zero personalised customer service, dismissive automated apology emails and then offering a discount that is already applied site wide as a goodwill measure is really poor
My package never arrived. When I reached out to customer service they said it's not their problem. I was never given the option to select delivery with signature only (which I would have given the price of the dress) and they were not helpful in helping me address the issue. Now I am out $200 and need to find a new dress for an event because I can't order from here again with fear it will not show up.
I ordered 3 items on may 21st and the order is still unfulfilled and we are june 12th.. I believe i'm a patient person but I get the feeling that I won't have them.. they were on sale... I wrote and email this week and sent a msg via the chat today... I'll still wait to see how long it's gonna take... But i'm from Canada and I believe if you're not from AU, its seems problematic.. I'll give an update..

I got an email from customer service on june 12th finally saying that due to high volume because of the sale, they had to cancel 1 of the items and my items got ship on june 16th.. they gave me a 20% off coupon to use within the next 7 days, witch I find generous but irrelevant... 30 days to use it maybe.. but 7 days.. and on the existing promotion only.. so finally I dont know if i'll buy again, maybe give it some times.. see if it happens again in a couple of months..

Dissh have now cancelled two orders that I've placed in the last month due to stock issues. What is even more frustrating is that the item is no longer on discount (which it was when I originally bought it) and Dissh have not offered to reorder the item with the same discount when its back in stock. I've been trying to speak to someone for 2 hours via the chatbot and have had no luck. Very poor customer service for a brand which wants to appear premium.
The item I purchased arrived a couple of days earlier than expected. The actual dress was just as seen online as well as the size being spot on, tick
However, it would've been nice to have the item wrapped better considering the cost of the item

Side note I love how the website is actually honest about the fit of the products, it is SO helpful when ordering online!

They have terrible international shipping service. I ordered the dress and chose express shipping which was expected to be delivered within 3-6 business days, but I haven't received the dress 11 days after the order was placed. Their customer service never replied. Avoid if you are an international customer.

I ordered some fabulous clothes for my daughter's graduation from college. I didnt leave any wiggle room for shipping delays, a real concern with the new tariffs. I was nervous about getting the stuff in time for the ceremony on 5/10, but the fabulous team at DiSSH sent everything out immediately and did a clever "work around" to ensure no hold ups. The package came in just a few days and the clothes were gorgeous!!! My daughter was thrilled!!!

I made an online order from Dissh where I ordered two items and only one came, I was surprised the first time this happened to me. I wrote to them by email and said that I did not receive one of the products, they replied saying that the order from us was sent because the package weighed was 0.971kg and that it was not possible. Should I be responsible for the missing item?! Meanwhile I paid for two products and only received one. No one wants to stay in contact with customer service because purchases are made to be happy and not to be stressed that an item is missing and to clarify the situation.
