I was in a really bad spot where I had to do my analysis very quickly to finish on time and my committee was extremely hands off. Kirstie was with me every step of the way through my analysis and helped me not only carry everything out according to my research plan, but also helped me really learn and understand what I was doing and why, how to code, how to think through critical decision points, how to interpret, etc. I learned so much and grew exponentially in my abilities to clean, manage, and analyze data independently. My spouse is also still livid that I spent over $1600.00 with this company and have nothing helpful to show for it. Their business model appears to be one whereby they will lead you down a gilded path until you reach the critical juncture of needing them the most and your budget running dry. They are hoping that at that point you will believe you have no further choice but to continue. My request for a refund was met with silence. Not even enough courtesy to try and resolve my issues.
The reply is misleading. I agreed to allow them another chance even though my initial fees were not refunded. Their response resulted a continuation of the same. My second request for a refund remains unanswered.

Dr. Dean took a look at my project and helped me understand the missing concepts. Straightforward helpful coaching! She also "fit me in" to what was a busy schedule for her. My initial experience has been a top-shelf experience!
