Your receiver keeps freezing my TV when…

Your receiver keeps freezing my TV when I watch something recorded so bad I have to unplug the box wait for hopper to start up this has happened three times this week
Then we get 544c code that’s another 20 minute wait these problems are constant and are the reason when I move next year dish won’t be coming with us

I called Dish because none of the music…

I called Dish because none of the music channels would play.After 15 minutes of checking,unplugging,and going to menu he admits he can't fix it.Solution as always send a tech out that will cost more money.I am already paying for advertisements,mexican movies.and crap that I don't watch.Dish sucks and I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy.

Recommended a new customer

I was told after recommending a new customer after 7 days call customer service and I could get a reward, well I didn't get a reward so that was a lie. They wanted send me a code and do all this other but that was not what was told to initially to me. People and companies lie get your business nothing is free. That's 💯

Wish I could rate ZERO STARS

Wish I could rate ZERO STARS! I was a Dish Customer for over 20 years. We live rural and satellite TV was our only choice. The only internet was 3mb DSL over phone lines. We were finally able to get decent internet and decided to switch to streaming TV instead of satellite TV. When I called to cancel my service they tried to tell me that I was under contract for another year... I had been a customer for over 20 years and was perplexed as to how or why I would still be under contract. I was told it was because they had to replace my satellite reciever the previous year. Now this is we're I got really upset because I had been paying the extra money all of these years for equipment protection. They told me in order to cancel my service with them that I would have to buy out the remainder my contract which I did it cost me nearly $250. I did this instead of arguing with them because the person on the otherside was only stating that that they could do nothing to help you unless unless I payed. So I paired and I filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, it took over 6 months but I got my money back...

My service cuts in and out

My service cuts in and out. Even the shows I record have 10 seconds of broadcast 4 seconds black screen 10 seconds of broadcast 2 seconds black on and on and on. There is obviously a problem and since customer service can fix over the phone I am going to guess its equipment. So replace it instead of the customer having to call repeatedly and being EXTREMELY unhappy with the service

ON INTERNET Tiene un pesimo servicio

ON INTERNET Tiene un pesimo servicio, deje de tener buen servico lo reporte muchas veces y saturaron la red y no podia ni cargar el navegador. Quize cancelar y no cumplen con lo que dicen te ofren ofertas pero sigo sin señal y aun asi debo pagarlo. El servico es falso no te dan la informacion completa y luego te dicen que no pueden proceder. el whatsapp no responden. Solicte la cancelacion y me cancelaron el usuraio de app donde hago los pagos, pero no cancelan la cuenta de servicio y quieren seguir cobrando. Pesimo servicio y desepcion. No contraten es perdida de tiempo y dinero.

I Wouldn't give them a star at all but I had to give them a one star. They told me there would be no contract and when I called the cancel lo and behold, there was a contract and now i'm stuck paying four hundred and thirty dollars because i'm breaking my contract well pretty much we just got screwed. Went back to sling, never been happier.Do not use them.They are a bunch of liars.

Since I pay my bill online auto pay…

To start this crap show, dish techs came to my house 9 times in the past two years…. Service sucks because it takes 4 days before service!!!!Since I pay my bill online auto pay phone note in the last year and a half automatically jump my bill from 112 up to 135 and I just caught onto it and they said that’s because you did not read the legal part of my agreement, which after two years, it jumps up without my authority and they basically laughed at me and actually made me sound like I was an idiot, and I was wasted their time because I’m like this is not right🤬🤬🤬🤬

Same thing never received 500.00 gift…

Same thing never received 500.00 gift card now stuck in 2 year contract. Said I didn’t do any of the steps to receive the card. I wasn’t told to do any of it. It was a lie. I think we need to band together and get an attorney and sue DISH! In these hard times the only reason I took dish was for the 500.00. And now if I cancel them it ruins me. Sick of being lied to.

Escroquerie. A fuir

Malgré un accusé de cession d'activité par certificat de vente, ils continuent tout bonnement de prélever.
Ne faites jamais confiance au support quand ils disent " j'entends et fait remonter le problème". Ils ne feront RIEN. Exiger un mail avec numéro de requête du support.
Le mieux a faire est de fuir. Rien de vaut de perdre autant de temps et d'argent. Pire expérience. La justice va se saisir du dossier et j'espère qu'ils vont disparaitre du panorama pro.

Nearly 10 years!

Have been a customer for over 9 years.Had auto pay so never late. Call today when my bill jumped. Said I had a deal at set cost. They said no price was going up. I asked for a discount to sign an extended contract. Said $7 discount for three whole months and didn’t give discounts for paying on time or loyalty! Wow! And if I wanted to terminate it would cost $20 dollars cause I did not fulfill my obligation?!! Oh and have a great rest of your day! May dish network get what they deserve! Please try an antenna or steaming service. I am!!!!

Want to cancel service

Want to cancel service. Dish won't allow us to return the equipment locally... must wait 10 business days. We are LEAVING the house in 5 days. Said they will charge up to $350 for a box they say was delivered, but wasn't. Please listen to their customers... DON'T buy their "service". You will regret it.

I got some really nice offers today

I got some really nice offers today, Paramount plus Showtime for free 2 months and AMC plus free for 3 months. Well I loaded them Paramount worked fine but not AMC. I made the mistake of calling, rep removed both of them and then added a paid subscription. I called again of course they can't add them back. They will add the paid and give me a credit. I am nervous because I can't see credit until billing she said. Well I declined it and now I didn't get to enjoy my offers. They need to hire people that can be trained

Customer service and promise of a gift…

Customer service and promise of a gift card that was never received. In their promo, Dish promised a $300 gift card and it was never received despite numerous follow-up calls. Basically was told we would get it but never rec’d. Was going to keep Dish for a year and then cancel. Direct is so much better for us! We went to Direct early and canceled Dish, which cost me $300. Guess the joke was on me. Will never go back to Dish.

Hopper always locks up!!! Whenever i go to watch something on the DVR, I have to unplug and restart the damn Hopper.. and still the crap doesn't work!!!! Please people DO NOT SIGN UP FOR DISH!!!! the worst ever tv provider ever!!!! and if you don't sign up for the insurance???they charge you $95 to come out and fix your problem??? and the mother ****** still doesn't work properly!!! I just hired an attorney and will be suing the hell out of this losing company!!! STAY AWAY!!!!
