I mistakenly activated the discovery+ subscription via amazon prime video, and I promptly wrote to the discovery+ support team via the appropriate form on their website to have the cancellation of the service and the relative refund. After an exchange of emails in which I sent all the data requested to identify my account, in addition to the receipt of the purchase, they stopped answering me. After a week I sent a new email to urge, but no response, and today after many months I still have not received a response, nor obviously the refund. I want to add that the possibility of requesting a refund is expressed directly by discovery+ in the email they sent after the activation of the subscription. Cherry on top, Amazon did not accept my review because it was offensive (while there was nothing offensive in it, just like in this review)

Money wasted. They fill your show with ads about their show. If I want to know what to watch I'll search myself the same advert over and over it's frustrating. If you pay for a subscription it should not be riddled with adverts about their rage bait shows. I signed up for a 7 day free trial and they charged me immediately so I never got the free trial. The app itself is not user friendly and hard to navigate. Advice avoid avoid avoid.

Discovery Plus, is a scam in my opinion. They charge you for their service then make deals that the shows you want are CABLE EXCLUSIVES. And you can't watch them till after the season ends. What are you paying for? RERUNS? Most of these shows show up on YOUTUBE after the season ends for FREE!!! Again what are paying for? I cut the cable cord and now find out that Discovery Plus/Max Plus won't show a "CABLE EXCUSIVE" until after the entire season. Again what am I paying for??? And here's the best part, the show I want I can get on Travel Channel GO, I just need to sign back up for the Cable PIG!!!

Took away certain show episodes in attempt to try and get you to spend more money. Pretty low move.

I subscribed to Discovery Plus for the TLC show 90 days fiance and its Spin off and now it turns out that 3 weeks ago other people have seen the latest episodes and I'm still waiting for Discovery Plus to put it on. I consider this a lack of respect for the consumer. I think it's time to cancel a service that they don't provide completely.

None of the streams work not even after a full week after the broadcast. There no latest updates to series and I can't believe I got sucked into the promo deal of 1.99 per month. I can buy a nice coffee for that money never again. Waste of money and time. Greedy Fulkers low quality proving and offers nothing even for 1.99cents.

I subscribe to Discovery + for the sole purpose of watching 90 Day Fiance. The Tell-All episodes are not available. They gave no warning - just poof and they're gone. I will be canceling my subscription after this month is finished. Very crummy way to treat loyal paying subscribers - BTW, I've been a customer for over 2 years.

Its great you want to cover the olympics but you also have other customers that do not give a shhhh about the olympics and want to watch the content that they got thier subscription for in the first place! Delliver ON TIME the content we pay for, not two or three weeks after please! I am as of now going to cancel as soon as the month is up.

What's wrong what's wrong is crap about the fact that I pay for this service to get shows that I like to watch that I know are on TLC. But it's crap that I cannot get the 90-day fiance then New seasons tell all and tell they're all done. Please make this make sense to me because I'm about ready to discontinue the service if I can't get the perks that I had before.

I’m annoyed by this channel because the new episode of 90 Day Fiancé hasn’t come out yet. TLC streamed the new episode this past Sunday so I don’t see why it’s not on Discovery yet. This app needs some upgrades asap. Also, if you’re trying to rewind the show that you’re watching, forget it, it’s not like Netflix

Slower than any other apps .. and just got a bug on my smart tv through that app!! Thankfully once deleted..my tv and WiFi connection went back to normal ... absolutely owful experience..not even a week on ..done it to watch the Olympics and I spent perhaps more time with the support centre than live!! Shameful

They have absolutely nailed the Olympics coverage. Every single event is available. The app is super easy to navigate on iPad, iPhone or AppleTV. You can sort by sport, schedule, TeamGB. Best coverage of the Olympics I have experienced in 50 years!

Signed up under their special offer. No complaints. Have found their Olympic coverage excellent..No.buffering, no.glitches. They seem to be covering every event. 👏

Watching the swimming. Ridiculous US commentator gushing nonsense. Clearly has never seen a swimming race before. In fact, I doubt he’s ever been in a pool. Utter rubbish. Just awful. £6.99 I paid for this.

Pretty hopeless! I tried to find the Andy Murray doubles and gave up.
The whole system is sluggish to say the least and moving round to find anything requires considerable patience.

Terrible app on all levels. Glitchy and useless (and I am being generous).

Paid premium and I have all the adverts during the Olympic events, when, normally, there are none.

I am sick to death of when I put on discovery plus I have to constantly sign in then on the website it takes for ever to find the link to put in the activation code WHAT IS THE POINT!!!! read the reviews and take note
