OEM Pentair replacement Salt generator failed with cold water sensor failure after 2.5 years. Support declined to provide replacement sensor or schematics. Offered to resolve my problem by selling me a new unit at full price! No thanks.

This is my second purchase with this company. I am so pleased first with the price. I saved a couple hundred dollars compared to other company's. also my last salt generator lasted me 7 years. which is understandable. It was simple to put in myself and I am 82. I ordered a new salt chlorinator for our house in Florida. Because our primary residence is in Pennsylvania, we had the item shipped to our neighbor in FL which raised a red flag with our credit card company. Once my credit card company validated the purchase 3 days later, DSP immediately sent me an email saying my item had shipped, and we received it within a few days! It’s now installed and working properly, and we couldn’t be happier with the quick delivery.

The CircuPool Universal saltwater chlorination system we ordered was shipped and received promptly. We had it installed in a day’s time by using the instructions provided as well as watching videos on how to do it. Everything worked as it should have. The only issue we had was that there were no gaskets in the pipe fittings included with the system so we had to find a local store with gaskets to match our fittings. Even with that, we had a good experience.
