Very easy to order from and really nice lighting products. Highly recommended.

Whole process from order (competitively priced) to delivery was quick, efficient and easy.

Be careful! They are all right when when it comes to taking your money but if you decided to return a item that is were it stops. They don’t answer emails nor give your money back. I had to file a claim with my payment service to get refunded, with all the time hassle that involves. Luckily I had all the tracking and delivery photo to prove my return if I hadn’t this I think I would have lost out. Not good.

The order was placed yesterday, and today a lovely young lady rang to say it would be with us in a couple of days, helpful and efficient.

The book box files are sturdy and look stylish on our shelves; they were good value for money too. The Chinese tiles pattern, in particular, would make lovely presents. There was slight confusion with the initial order but this was sorted out swiftly and without question. I have no hesitation recommending this company.

I was warned early on that there were delays on my order which I didn't have a problem with but then communication stopped and I began to worry. So I gave up on emails and phoned. I spoke to a lovely person called Helena and she was super helpful and looked into why communication had broken down. My order is due today and she said to phone back if asap if there are any problems. Can't ask for much more than that.

There was an issue with my order, Hermes failed to deliver it. I've contacted customer service department and lovely lady Helena arranged for replacement delivery with Royal Mail instead.

I am so happy with the mosaic vase lamp that I purchased. It looks beautiful in my lounge. The delivery was very quick and was well packed. I am very impressed with this company and will recommend to family and friends

Placed an order for Britalia BRL-GU10 LED Smart Wifi GU10 Spot Lamp Dimmable 2700k-6500k | Alexa - Google Assitant × 10.

Tried them but it doesn't work. No matter what I tried. Tried a few bulbs. On 2.4 and 5ghz. Nothing. No apps connect. So asked to send them back. But no reply. So had to open a paypal dispute to try and get my money back. These bulbs are crap. Doesn't even connect to the join eld app, which is their own app, let alone smart life app.

I am very happy with the lights that I purchased for my home, they look really good. The delivery was fast and after sale and communication was excellent. I will definitely shop again in future and would recommend to anyone who wants to buy lighting for their home. Many thanks for fantastic products and service!

My lamps took awhile to come, either because of Covid or brexit. The reason I wanted to write this was because of the excellent communication from this company. They kept us informed about the situation until we received the lamps, which we really liked. Well done and thank-you.

Really impressed with their prompt and efficient customer service. I realised I had ordered the wrong size light and within minutes of sending them an email, I received a full refund. Now ordered the correct one :)

Ordered 2 lampshades which unfortunately arrived badly damaged I contacted Mark who replaced them within 2 days.

Very impressed with the items I bought, the price I paid, the fast despatch and delivery. On receipt I noticed one of the light fittings was slightly damaged. I wrote an simple short email that evening and the next morning I had a refund in my account! I have had my trust in humanity restored by Mark Evans who was extremely helpfull, friendly and super fast sorting the whole thing in less than 24 hrs.

Had a bit of an issue with my original order being sent incorrectly which I eventually had to chase up having not received some time later. Called in and advised to contact customer services via email.
Thankfully, Mark in their team picked this up and resolved the issue very soon after my initial email.

Mistakes can happen but it's how they're resolved that counts, so very happy with overall service despite the delay.
