I placed an order 1.2.2024 and ordered…
I placed an order 1.2.2024 and ordered freight from Shippii. I never received the order and it seems that order has never been sent from Discandooo. Both companies Discandooo and Shippii don't answers any messages, I have sent and tried to get information what has gone wrong with this order. I suggest to avoid both companies if you don't want lose your money.

You have a lot to improve...
I'm not sure who is packing goods, you or transport company, but it is always wrong. Once I have been asked to pay more for additional packing material (like it would be me to decide how goods should be packed?), another time part of the goods were not shipped at all, then I got return of some money from you (without any communication...). Seriously, you have a lot to improve.

Pakkauslaatikko oli repeytynyt punaviinin johdosta, ei voinut nostaa eikä siirtää, suosittelin postia laittamaan muoviroskapussiin, jolla saivat tuotua ovelle. Reklamoin kuvien kera, senjälkeen en ole kuullut mitään, tapahtui 1-2viikkoa sitten???!
