It's been 6 weeks now

It's been 6 weeks now, I still haven't reveceiuved my goods. The chosen delivery company is still waiting the package to be delivered.

Not a good experience.

Shop itself is ok. Unfortunately now the customer needs to choose the shipping company and that is where problems start. Any issues with the shipping falls to the customer. The package was misplaced/lost between the shop and the shipping company with unclear liability. Both companies blame each other while the package is no where to be found. Would not recommend using anymore.

After a few years of very good service

After a few years of very good service, totally let down placed an order early May organised and paid for transportation but the order never materialised. Tried phoning, published number does not work, emailed several times no response and now the web site states that orders can not be placed lost all the money for the order and shipping

Got latest order and 5 litres of beer…

Got latest order and 5 litres of beer will go bad at this month. Tore the "best before" sticker off because people at party will get bothered about it if they see it. Reached customer service approx week ago but never got reply. I start to search another company for my wedding drinks for now on.

I placed an order

I placed an order, but a week later the money was returned without any explanation. Order number: DI2000018928. I also paid for the delivery. Overall, I’m not satisfied with the quality of the service provided.

It takes time

Preparing and packing the order simply took too long. Order was made late 20th of May and I received note of shipment in 30th. 10 days. I may reorder in future if the prices are competitive but another shipment delay will be my last delayed order.
