I ordered polycarbonate sheets. There wasn't much in the way of delivery information but the sheets came through in a reasonable time, are in good condition and appear solid.

My gripe is that the web page is not clear about what product they sell. The polycarbonate page gives a lot of spiel about Lexan, UV resistant polycarbonate but the product is actually standard Impex. To be fair, the ordering page doesn't mention a brand but it feels disingenuous.

Maybe there's something about price that should have made it obvious this wasn't the same as they were advertising on the main page. But I'm not a business customer and it doesn't say 'trade only'. I had searched for polycarbonate offcuts and this site came up (obviously not their fault I was under the wrong impression). But I was therefore expecting the 'offcuts' to be a bit cheaper than normal, though I still paid 70 quid. I even added a comment on the order saying it was for a small greenhouse and was hoping for a UV resistant product (the UV resistant Impex is Impex UVA or something).
Lesson learned I suppose.

Delivery is regularly super prompt even close to Christmas, i rarely even consider getting our plastics from anywhere else

Bought a quantity of plastic cladding and fascia boards for a garage refurbishment; these are great products at a very good price. Totally useless and un-reliable. I was told twice that delivery would be turning up and both times it did not.
