!!!warning!!! scam company, it's the same crowd as homeloft.ie. You never get a confirmation email for your order so it's incredibly hard to get a refund. Avoid at all costs.

Beware Directnine dont touch this company
Directnine dont touch this company
I have been trying to be fully refund to my card for a broken stereo which arrived smashed. They now want me to post it back to they states even though it was ordered on directnine.ie Im hundreds of euro out of pocket and they want me to pay more money! Directnine do the right thing and refund this is going on over a week with several emails back and forth and still your not listening to your customer.
