Beautiful product- very slight delay in shipping but I was kept informed by the Customer Service team.

Was interested in elevating the risk of exposure to EMF with my modem. Therefore ordered the EMF Router cover for this. Did a bit of research and came across DirectNine. It seems to work in blocking the signal from the modem when fully encased in the cover.

Super product and service. Will buy again.

I ordered on May 17th on an Irish site where the address in Dublin is given at the bottom of the page. I was convinced that I would receive the ordered speakers in a few days. After a week I started calling and they say ,out of stock. I called again on May 26th, a woman probably from India answered who was very rude and hung up the phone when I ask for business location . I called again and they promised to check it and call me back within 24 hours, no one called back. On May 28th I got a tracking number after many requests and it turned out that they are from the USA and will be there on June 9th. There will probably be a customs fee. I don't need the speakers from them anymore because I had to buy them locally, I was pressed for time. Terrible experience

Availability of the product. But unfortunately the price has escalated since a previous purchase earlier in the month.

Purchase was done in derectnine.ie
Because of this I expected local delivery and electrical device to be complied to the Irish market.
However this is totaly US based shop and this was the reason why my item was internationally shipped with US power supply unit (110v , US power outlet).
This information is totally absent on the site , they are trying to fool customers.
As a result my parcel was subject to Custom Taxes. There were multiple support calls and emails before they covered taxes and delivery actually happened.
At this point I realised that I can't use my item because of wrong power outlet. Again , multiple emails and they gave me some discount to cover purchase of correct power unit.

In total I spent about 2 weeks for conversation with support.

I am rather happy by item I purchase, hovewer shop behaviour is unappropriet. If I knew this before I would consider different shop.
