I dealt with David Trigg who was helpful and answered all of my many, many questions without me feeling like I was a complete pain. He provided me with quotes for lots of things (I was a pain) and I couldn’t fault him at all. Good price monthly contract, good price phone, very happy me.

Phone is good better than my previous one (which broken due to stopping charging). However I didn’t know that the only thing I receive is the phone and SIM card (basically a second hand phone in working condition). For what I am paying I would have liked to have been made aware of this thoroughly beforehand before purchasing the phone.
