The flooring we have had is absolutely stunning. Really great service by Stephen and the fitter. Super helpful, polite and overall great customer service! Thanks again!

I am pleased with the end result but not with the extra money I ended up paying on top. On selling us the kitchen complete project management was offered we agreed to use their builder to remove wall between kitchen and dining room and quoted a price between £200-£500 if no RSJ needed putting in and anything upto £1000 if RSJ needed.
Kitchen fitting was taking place 17th of Jan and arranged in September time. Between then and 6th Jan nobody got in touch about removing the wall even though I was calling chasing it up. Builder phoned me on 6th Jan saying he coming on 10th to remove (a week before fitting) and charged me £980 even though no RSJ needed.
The fitters turned up on the 17th to their surprise our existing kitchen was still in place and they had apparently been told it was going to be removed before they arrived and had to pay them £450 extra to remove it even though at sale point we was told all that was included and all we had to sort was the skip for rubbish removal.
The communication between direct kitchens to us and their fitters/ builders is non existent after you are sold the kitchen. I would not use again or recommend to anyone.
On the plus side the fitters did a great job and was fitted to a professional standard.
Had to go into money I had saved for other things. 100% project management is a lie it was completely stressful and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone

Service was great until I'd paid day 1 the fitters was here from 10 and went at 3 (wish i had a job where I only did 5 hours) day 2 no fitter I was rang and told he wouldn't be coming when I tried to speak to Carl all I got told was he was in and out of office all day on other calls when I rang back 6 hours later was told the same but he'd been told about my concerns and still no phone call to speak to someone can't wait for day 3 of fitting what should have been days of great excitement is very fast ly turning into a nightmare and it's not over yet. Definitely won't be recommending them to anyone I know

The 2 x kitchen fitters Matt and his colleague did an excellent job fitting our kitchen, they were very articulate ensuring the quality finish was excellent. I would recommend Direct kitchens.

We have just taken delivery of some very hard to find Karndean flooring in order to complete an extension.

Steve went above and beyond our expectations with regard to customer service. He found the flooring, despatched it within a day and we received it 2 days later. Marvellous. 5 star service.

Excellent job done by Richard and Ash in fitting our new kitchen. Nothing too much trouble and work done to a high standard. Would highly recommend this company.

I thought I would leave a review about the fitters Richard and Ashley. They are a great at involving us in every step off our fit. They work hard, with respect and professionalism. Even though there is still finishing touches that need completing I know that this will be done to a high standard. Just waiting for a few doors and my oven which is expected during coved times.

Kitchen finished this week, well impressed with the standard of workmanship. Richard and Ashley fitted our kitchen and we found them to be friendly, polite and very helpful, nothing too much trouble for them, really pleased with the end result.

We have just had our kitchen from Direct Kitchens fitted by Richard and his team of fitters. The Sales and Planning services were helpful and friendly and made some good suggestions during the planning stages.

Richard and his team showed up on the first day and got straight to work. They worked hard showing a great attention to detail up until completion and never hesitated to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy.

The quality of the supplied units and appliances is really good and and the overall finish is better than we'd hoped for.

My new kitchen was installed by Callum and he was excellent, allaying all my worries and continued to fit and finish my kitchen excellently.

We are very happy with our new kitchen, the work was carried out by Tom and Brad. They were both not only efficient, but very polite and friendly. Asked our opinion at each stage of the installation.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

We can highly recommend direct kitchens! They have certainly delivered our dream kitchen! From initial appointment and design consultation to fitting, the service was professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble! The third parties they recommended for our building works were also fantastic. The whole thing ran smoothly and kept to budget! Thank you to the whole team at direct kitchens!

Kitchen design was lovely, good customer service at the start. But on the fit day, it all went down hill. A planned weeks fitting took 6 weeks !. Fitter was supposed to be at my home for 9, so I took the morning off work, he didnt turn up until 3 !
Consistently late throught the whole thing, no matter how many times I contacted direct kitchens to get an update, I was fobbed off with excuses. The whole project dragged endlessly on. Just to note i have a small kitchen, so this was just ridiculous. The finished kitchen is lovely, but I would never recommend this company.

The service we received from Direct Kitches - for fitted wardrobes in our bedroom - was good although we suffered some delays caused by the delivery of the wrong draws. They did keep us well informed, however, and showed every concern. Some confusion too over payment. We paid Direct Kitchens the full amount and then their excellent joiner told us we should have paid him. I'm glad to say that he was paid promptly for his work too. On the whole we would consider using them again should we require anything similar doing in the future.
