From my initial contact with Direct Kitchens to the installation the staff have been efficient and helpful. The electrical and building preparatory work was done as arranged and the kitchen fitters arrived on time. The kitchen was fitted and appliances working in 3 1/2 days. The workmen were all pleasant, polite and got on with the job. I was consulted by them throughout the process. I feel confident to recommend the company.

Excellent service from start to finish from design by Carl to fit by John and Lee and snags by Nick. Also, not forgetting all the other trades and the wonderful office staff. Highly recommend!

Called today to have a look at worktops sinks and taps, once the sales woman knew we didn't want a full kitchen she just wasn't interested and kept making remarks saying to busy to just sort work tops, trying to put us off from looking around, she offered us a business card and says look on website, to which I said no we will look while we are are here and she walked off, if that's one way to loose business, I'd say she's doing a grand job, won't ever go in again.

Brilliant from start to finish. Zac came out, measured & designed my kitchen to exactly what I wanted. Phoned me within a good time frame to go & review my kitchen & get me booked in for fitting. Kept up to date throughout the whole process. Carl who fitted the kitchen was great, it looks exactly how I wanted. Absolutely fantastic overall.

got recommended fot there kitchens from a friend, no pressure sale just picked kitchen and got start date. had it fitted while on holiday, kerry our fitter keep in touch and came home to lovely kitchen. many thanks for great job

Having moved into a property that needed lots of work, it was decided to have the kitchen we had always dreamed of. We were promised the earth by Carl, and I have to say, the design and quality is great. The problem is with the fitting, which at best, is shoddy.
Our fitters, Jordan & Matt used lots of ‘sharpie pens’ to cover up mistakes made during the fitting. We had a long list of snags, and although DK have come out to try and rectify, they just bodged further with black silicon and spray paint. Everything is wonky, and this is most evident on the boxing in to the ceiling.
The freezer door was damaged on installation (feb 2022), and I am still waiting for them to sort a replacement door.
Every time I have called to speak to Carl, I am fobbed off with an excuse. I have requested my fitting fee back because, short of them ripping the entire kitchen out and fitting it properly, it’s as good as it’s gonna get. To date I have not recieved a reply. I am now thinking of further action.

Just had a new kitchen fitted very pleased with it .From planning to completion everything went like clockwork .All very well organised electrical work plastering and a big thank you to fitters John and Lee very professional nothing was too much trouble for them .
