We are delighted with our new flooring which has uplifted both bathroommand kitchen areas. Sean listened to our specific specifications and nothing was too much trouble. It is nice to be supporting a local business and we have no hesitation in recommending this company for their excellent work.

Had new lounge and stairs carpets fitted by Direct Flooring. They did a great job and will be using them again.

I can only say that the entire process from measuring to installation was 100%.
The quality of the goods and workmanship was excellent.

Although the item I ordered was out of stock I give 5 stars for customer service. Communication was excellent and all efforts were made to get my item. Unfortunately we was unable to do so and refund issued straight away. For great customer service, I would shop here again np!

Recently had 3 areas of flooring fitted and couldn’t praise this company more.
We were unfortunately hit with the coronavirus lockdown, so everything was delayed. Shaun kept us updated throughout.
From deciding what type of flooring would suit our needs in the shop, we were given sound advise, as stated updated during delay in fitting and when fitted by Gavin the job was completed to perfection.
We’ve been assured any concerns in the future with the flooring to each area not to hesitate in making contact with the shop.
Where else would we get such satisfaction? We are totally satisfied.

We had our carpets fitted in October and we love them! We only got 2 quotes but your quote was £50 cheaper and had them fitted the next week. Came and quoted on the Saturday which was really helpful around work. Carpets are really good quality and the fitter did an amazing job. Have recommended you to a few people and will use again in future definitely.
