We got our LVT from their Ramsbottom branch. They had an excellent range from all well known brands. We received an excellent service from Shaun and the team. Everything was handled professionally. Their fitter Gavin was brilliant. Would recommend Direct Flooring, Ramsbottom. We now need some carpets and I know we will be speaking to Shaun.

Shaun has been fantastic throughout the process extremely accommodating and supportive. Everything happened as promised and both Gavin & Michael did a superb job fitting the carpet and flooring. Absolutely delighted with the end result and will definitely be using again and highly recommend

From start to finish, the customer service was absolutely outstanding. From the initial measurements and costing, through to installation and even post-completion, Shaun and the team were always available, approachable, and incredibly supportive. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

The quality of the materials and the final finish is exceptional, and far beyond what we expected. The workmanship is flawless and has completely transformed our home. Everyone who steps in our home always compliments the flooring and can't believe the LVT isn't actual hardwood flooring.

What really stood out to me was the value for money. We purchased a new from Barratt Homes, the difference in what offered was unbelievable. Not only did Direct Flooring have far more options in brands and styles, but the savings were huge for a noticeably better result. If you are getting a new build I would highly recommend getting a quote from Shaun and team before signing up to have your developer do it, we saved thousands.

Shaun and his team truly went above and beyond. They stayed late, worked to incredibly tight deadlines (through no fault of their own), and even fought our corner when Barratt Homes needed to cover costs due to their own installation issues. That level of commitment and integrity is rare and extremely appreciated during a stressful time like moving home.

Shaun and his team are just fantastic, I genuinely can’t fault them in any way and can't sing their praises enough. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Highly, highly recommended. Thank you!

Direct flooring fitted new flooring to our en suite bathroom and although it was only a small area, they were willing to do the job. We are very pleased with the work and a special thanks to Simon who did an outstanding job with the fitting.

Recently had 2 bedroom carpets fitted via the Norden,Rochdale branch. Maria and Shaun were excellent-great customer service. The 2 young carpets fitters were smashing and did a lovely job. Thank you.

We have just had a Hall & Stairs carpet fitted by Direct Flooring and the service from Shaun was excellent from start to to finish. An excellent range of high quality carpets to choose from and all sorted with one visit from Shaun to measure up. He always responded promptly to any texts. The carpet was fitted by a team of 3 and again they were so efficient and easy to have in the house. It has been fitted to an excellent standard. We will use Direct Flooring again without hesitation.

The LVT flooring is great. You can't believe it's a floor tile and not actual slate. The fitters turned up on time and didn't stop working until the job was done. Same, too, with the carpets. Great choice at the showroom and the fitters were at the house on time and worked without a break until the job was done.

We popped into the Norden to look at flooring choices, Maria was really friendly and helpful. We choose a flooring we liked and Maria let us take a sample home to hold it against our furniture. Shaun came to measure up within a couple of days, quoted quickly ( with a nice price ) and we had the flooring fitted within 7 days. Gav did a great job of the installation. We are over the moon with the service from start to finish, I highly recommend Direct Flooring and we will be going back shortly for more flooring. Thanks to all the team.

My kitchen floor which was fitted by Direct Flooring of Ramsbottom is perfect. From start to finish the whole process of selecting the flooring, receiving the quote and having the floor fitted was quick and easy.

This review is a little late coming after getting our kitchen & hallway flooring sorted through Direct Flooring, only because I thought I'd already left my recommendation. We're delighted with our vinyl flooring and highly recommend Direct Flooring. The work was done swiftly and looks great. Maria especially was so helpful and friendly, going so far as to send me pictures of flooring she thought we would like from a different branch when we were having difficulty picking a pattern. Excellent customer service from both Maria and Sean and we would definitely use them again should we need to.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish ! We are so happy with our new Amtico herringbone style flooring in our open plan house it made a such a difference so light and airy. Shaun was fantastic provided us with different choices and samples . When it came to taking the old flooring out and fitting new one Gav was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for him. We would highly recommend Direct flooring and carpets and I’m sure we will use them again when changing our flooring upstairs.

This is the second time I have had a carpet from this company and, once again the service from Shaun and his team was prompt, professional and friendly. The carpet was expertly fitted and the room left tidy when the job was completed. I shall be returning, again, in the near future for a lounge and hallway carpet.
