Setting up my insurance cover online was a seamless experience. In previous years I've found it easy and successful to make claims when things have gone wrong. (Always make sure you have CDW cover with your insurance.)

Successful and simple resolution
I travel a lots, about 3 to 4 times per year, every year. I get rent a car everywhere I go. It is impossible to save on excess insurance successfully all until I have heard about this direct car excess insurance from a friend. After a few years of using this option I had a horrible experience with my rent a car in Colombia. The adviser was very polite and helpful. Once I did provide all the documents I did get successful resolution. Thank you very much I will definitely say 10/10 excellent and trusted company, well done you did get a customer for life ✔️
