He knew the product, he knew what I wanted and went the extra mile to put an item on the website for me that wasn't there. That's the kind of salespeople we need. Amazing service, very friendly and highly skilled gentleman. I recommend this furniture company. You can buy from the phone, and I was very impressed with Gregg's professionalism and customer service.

I ordered a table and it took 2+ months to arrive. spent over 1,200 . When it did arrive it was damaged/chipped in several spots. The finish work was awful. Called cust svd. while delivery men were still her bc that what the said to do. Stayed on hold for 30-40 min. They offer me a $40 credit or return pieces. Said they may be able to get more credit. Still haven't recd credit weeks later. Poor quality and poor customer service. Never again.
