As we have previously advised, your original package was unfortunately lost in transit and we are very sorry that this was caused by the carrier. In order to resolve this issue promptly, we have arranged a replacement order on February 17th, which is currently in the final stages of production and will be delivered to the carrier tomorrow. I was disappointed: MADE IN CHINA
I was disappointed to find out these items come from China. They definitely and purposely hid that fact. Aren't we at odds with China? Because of this location, it took a month to receive the item. I'm OK with the product, it looks great. But I think they should be more transparent about the origin of their products.
The box that say's "Date of experience" should say "Dates of experience"! I put in the date I ordered it. The date I received it was 02/11/2025.

Bad shipping witrh no follow up.
I ordered a truck decal on 11/16 and it was shipped out on 11/24. It is now 12/25 and still no decal. I questioned the location 3 times with no avail. They need to ensure the delivery method along with the sales. Since this was to be Christmas gift this disappointed me in the fact it has been over 30 days with no known location. I cancelled the order.
