I am disappointed in learning the
I am disappointed in learning the decals do not release from the facing layer, as I destroyed it trying to get the letters off,
Shipping was longer than expected and I ruined both door decals by cutting them to cover the door more, thinking the letters were removable from the facing as all other decals, but.... my ignorance is my fault.
Product did arrive, was acceptable and for the cost, not bad....
I did get a response back from them a few days after my review but my only option that I could find was to edit my previous review so here it is.
Don't attempt to remove the letters and If you simply apply it as a whole piece it'll be fine.
It may have a sheen appearance in the dead space that has no letters or designs which is why I cut mine up hoping to just put on the letters but as it was separated it's hard to place it straight, so I tried to pull it off and straighten it and it peeled up my ratty/rusting finish. But even with my terrible approach I'd do it again.
Nothing wrong with the product just the user.
