Great card but HORRIBLE new bank owner (BMO Harris)
This is a great card for travelers. It should be a 5 star rating, but you'll soon read why I seriously downgraded the rating. I've been a member for almost 30 years! I travel constantly, and the benefits for travelers are wonderful, especially being able to get cash anywhere in the world without putting my checking account at risk of being hacked by an ATM "skimmer" or other device that would steal my pass code. The problem is that a few years ago, the card was bought out by BMO Harris Bank. Yeah, it's been a nightmare for me. Read my review of BMO Harris to get the big picture.

It's totally a scam
It's totally a scam. They say in their website that the card has lounge access all over the world but in my monthly bill I found out that the access wasn't free, even if the lounge that I have been to was listed in their website. Additionally, their app and website are very obsolote and not user friendly. The card has some problems while paying online and lastly, their card does not support contactess. I was using them only because my company has an agreement with them ( the credit card is free ) but after those horrible experiences I finally decided to cancel my account.
