Having lost my Jack Russell Millie on the 3rd July 2025 dignity pet crem were very compassionate and caring. Dignity are highly recommended if you love your animals till the end. Thank you ☺️

Dignity were so kind and helpful during this difficult time. Tinos was treated with love and respect by them and is now sitting in a beautiful casket with her name engraved on a bronze plate on top.

My beloved cat Poppy passed away 1am on Wednesday 9th July..
I called at 0900 and was able to bring her down the M3 to drop her...
The team [can't remember names sorry] were so respectful and handled poppy and me with care and were so lovely...
I left poppy in there care and the process was explained fully and made my last moments with her so special.
I collected her at 1700 and again the process was so lovely...
I can recommend to anyone suffering with the passing of a beloved pet to contact Dignity and allow them to help with the painful process...
Very reasonable prices also...

This place is honestly so beautiful and amazing, the staff are caring and lovely. They made such a terribly painful journey almost bearable. Losing my Cat, my soul companion was terrible but I felt he was laid to rest and given the dignity he deserved. Thank you so so much. X

A very sad day made so much more bearable by using the services of Diginity.
We were fortunate to be able to use the Meadow Room for our final farewell. It was perfect. Comfortable and peaceful setting, a far cry from a vets treatment room floor (previous experience). The farewell process was fully explained and administered so well by Dignity’s preferred vets - Lambert Animal Care, who were amazing.
Everything was arranged and conducted seamlessly including an individual cremation.
We would highly recommend Dignity services as professional and caring.

Dignity took care of the arrangements for our beloved toy poodle Barbara. The staff were incredibly kind and empathetic, keeping us informed throughout the process. They made a very difficult time a lot easier. I can not recommend them highly enough.

The lady receiving my dog Emma was fantastic. Not only did she use a trolly to get Emma out of the car with dignity, she ensured I had some private time with her in the Farewell Room. She treated everything with extreme dignity, and saying tell me about Emma’s life. That brought so much positive emotions. Thank you for being so nice.

Can't rate Diginity Pet Crematorium highly enough. A very easy to use service which is helpful when your head is all over the place having just lost your pet. They are very compassionate, caring and thoughtful. We would highly recommend them.

Would like to thank Dignity pet crematorium for everything they have done, our dog Shadow sadly passed away on 18/04/25, due to a sudden illness, we at to say goodbye after 13 years. Dignity pet crematorium team were very respectful and took good care of shadow, we got to say our last goodbye and the team took care of everything in this hard time.

Thank you to all the staff at Dignity Pet Crematorium for the outstanding service we received following the sudden loss of our little 'madam' Binks. The caring and sympathetic way in which you handled everything was exemplary and we really did appreciate your help during a difficult time for us.

Our dog Lolly sadly lost her battle with cancer yesterday and we had to make the horrible decision to let her go so she was put to sleep by our fantastic vet Chris who had cared for her. There was no question as to where Lolly would be cremated It had to be Dignity. Our previous dog Max was cremated there a number of years ago and our daughter and her partner used Dignity when they lost their dog Dublin last year. Following Lolly's passing yesterday I called Dignity and arranged for a same day service for today. All of our wishes were catered for and on our arrival the staff, who are all fantastic and so caring took care of Lolly from carefully lifting her out of our car and taking her to a viewing room to returning her ashes. At no time were we rushed and my youngest daughter who was with me was able to say her final farewells to Lolly as was I in a quiet comfortable viewing room. We had pre arranged for paw prints etc when I made the booking and the guy who looked after us made sure everything we wanted was listed plus a couple of extra items that we wanted Lolly to be cremated with. We arranged a time this afternoon when Lolly would be ready for collection. When we arrived back at Dignity we were shown into a comfortable room where Lolly's ashes were brought to us. The whole expierience from the time she died to us arriving home with her ashes was less than 24 hours, which was important to us. I have nothing but admiration for the staff at Dignity. They are just lovely caring people, more so than many undertakers. Thank you to everyone at Dignity. I'm awful with names but the guy who met us and the lady who returned Loll's ashes were so wonderful. I would highly recommend Dignity.

The staff at hook were very thoughtful was so sensitive to my loss I knew my buster was looked after which gave me comfort I'm an undertaker and was taken back by there care thankyou for such detail and care

We have nothing but gratitude for the way dignity handled the passing of our beloved dog Trixie after nearly 15 years .
The loss of a pet is a tough process to go through however , the support and process that Dignity provided was really helpful to us .
The whole process was handled impeccably and the momentos we purchased were a lovely reminder of a much loved pet dog

Sadly this was our fifth journey to Dignity over the period of 18 years, we live approximately 2 hours drive away and whilst there are now similar businesses closer to us we stay with this kind and extremely compassionate company who allow us to say goodbye to our beautiful friends in a way that shows respect in return for the amazing love and times they have given us. On arrival on each time we were shown into a private room allowing us privacy to say our final goodbyes to our beloved pet, which inverably for us were tearful and heart wrenching. For us this is 5 star service for a pet who deserves no less.

Last week we lost our lovely Dobermann, Milo. Dignity was first class from start to finish. I telephoned to make arrangements for his cremation the same day he passed. I was distraught but the team couldn’t have been more kind and more patient. When we arrived with Milo, he was met with respect. He was transported to a private farewell room, and we were given as much time with him as we needed. He looked peaceful at rest. Collecting the ashes was private and calm. Thank you

Tried to resolve the matter that I did not receive my cat's ashes. DPD left the parcel on my doorstep without my consent and it got taken by someone. Emailed the staff back and forth, and eventually found out they put the WRONG PHONE NUMBER on my waybill so I did not receive any notification from DPD at all. When I questioned why I did not receive any tracking number as I paid for a tracked courier service, they double down'd and said they just don't provide tracking number.

In the beginning, they said it was not their responsibility after the ashes left the crematorium and tried to blame it all on DPD. They said I was supposed to have received a text from DPD to arrange the delivery. However, when I pointed out Dignity messed up my phone number hence I could not keep track of the delivery, they just started talking in circles and trying to blame third parties like the vet. I had confirmed my phone number and my wishes via their online wish form (I have confirmation email of it) AND with their staff on the phone multiple times before the cremation so I have absolutely no idea how they messed up my details. I am out over 250 quids and god knows where my boy's ashes are.
