Everything ..from the phone call and…
Everything ..from the phone call and being helped so much by Becky. As we needed an urgent visit with Max being so distressed our booking was bought forward. Steph was amazing with my boy and he was peaceful all the way through.Thank you all so much ...we know he had the best care and was relaxed . Now out of his pain and flying high over the Rainbow Bridge.

Wonderful caring service
The person I spoke to arrange the visit was very caring and lovely , there was no hurry and she listened to my concerns and was reassuring. The vet who visited (Giorgio) was unbelievably lovely, so calm and quiet and caring, there is no pressure, no rush, just happy to listen, give time and be respectful both to us and our beloved pet .

I have used this company 3 times now, and Alex who came to give Jamie sleep was so kind to both me and Jamie, I was very upset when he arrived but talking to him helped me so much, and Jamie crossed Rainbow bridge peacefully, and with love, thank you Alex.

Every pet owner should be aware of the service that Digipets offer.
Every pet owner should be aware of the service that Digipets offer. Sadly, our special boy Rigby had to be put to sleep. Digipets provided support and clinical advice prior to this and helped us through a devastating time. I rang at 7am and vet Katherine was with us by 9.15. Katherine was amazing with Rigby and so kind and patient with us. We are truly thankful to her and Digipets.

My beautiful cat Gracie crossed over…
My beautiful cat Gracie crossed over the rainbow bridge today with the help of Dignipets.
Silvia from Dignipets came to our home, and as I was so distraught, she listened to me and reasured me with total understanding and sympathy.
When Gracie passed, it was done with so much care to make sure that she passed away comfortably and with dignity.
I even got a hug from Silvia after I asked her if she minded , as I very much needed it, and she very happily obliged with sincerity.
I would highly recommend Dignipets when you want to say goodbye to you're pet in the comfort of you're own home for both you're beloved pet and for you too.

A respectful and kind service
We had Alex come round for our cat Spud’s final moments. Everything about it was beautiful and handled with care and the upmost respect. He talked through everything and was the most kindest person. He comforted us at the end and helped us grieve and get through it. Thank you x

After having to make the hardest…
After having to make the hardest decision to put our much loved boy Bailey, to sleep, we wanted it to be in the peace and comfort of his own home for 15 and a half years, and not at the local vets.
After being recommended to Dignipets, we were met over the phone with compassion and arrangements made.
A Gentleman called Alex attended, and first discussed Bailey and his background. The process was fully explained, and at no rush to us.
We took time with Bailey and held him and loved him at all times right to the end.
He was beautifully dressed in his favourite blanket in a bed, and a White Rose placed on him by Alex as he left us.
Total respect and care from the start.
Thank you Alex, in one of our hardest times.

Veterinary Paula, FOREVER grateful
I HIGHLY recommend the services of Dignipets and Prestwood Pet Crematorium.
Dignipets we're completely professional, very informative. Paula the specialist veterinarian walked us through the procedure with great understanding and compassion. She made the whole heartbreaking situation so much easier, and was so SENSITIVE to our beautiful good boy Zorro, as well as us. Thanks to her our beautiful boy had a very peaceful passing, falling asleep eating his favourite last meal. It was so dignified throughout. He was laid to rest in a doggy bed covered in a cosy blankets, even the vehicle that he was carried out to was curtained and was just for Zorro. He was taken to to Prestwood Pet Crematorium. Today we collected his ashes, again EXTREMELY professional, compassionate and efficient service.
Cannot thank them all enough, ESPECIALLY Paula, she brought us such relief and great personal comfort. Thank you Dignipets and Prestwood Pet Crematorium ❤️

Most difficult time
At the most difficult time dignipets were very comforting caring and helped the process run smoothly . I can not thank them enough would highly recommend them. My dog never liked the vets so being able to be at home made this a lot calmer for ourselves and my dog .Thankyou to all at dignipets

Home euthanasia
We had to make the sad decision of sending our 20 year old Cat Maisie to cat heaven. She went peacefully in my arms under the love and care of Paula, one of the vets who treated Maisie with tenderness, love and respect. I was guided every step of the way with honesty and understanding of what was one of the hardest decisions of my life.

Dignipets took care of our lovely Boy so well
Ana was so kind, empathic and supportive. Spot was completely comfortable in his own home, he was surrounded by his toys and love as Ana talked to all of us and gently took care of him. While a desperately sad time for us, Spot ate some cheese and drifted off to sleep. We're devastated he has gone while comfortable he left peacefully. Thank you to everyone at Dignipets.

The hardest decision and day of my life…
The hardest decision and day of my life was made a lot easier by the lovely ladies that helped me on the phone when I couldn’t speak for crying and the vet Alex who came out to us. It was a very peaceful time and I’m glad of that I would definitely recommend dignipets to anyone having to make this hard decision.

The best ending possible
A heartbreaking day saying goodbye to our beloved elderly dog was made more bearable by Dignipets. The dreaded first phone call, the booking call and then the wonderful vet, Paula, all compassionate, calm people. A beautiful and loving farewell
Alex came to set our beautiful boy Morris free after 16 of the most amazing years. The hardest decision of our lives was made beautiful and peaceful by Alex. Our boy was in his safe place and with his loved ones when it mattered most. There was no rush and no suffering. Alex treated us and our boy with patience, kindness and empathy. Made a very sad day a little easier
Very sadly I had to have my beautiful 22 year old cat Chloe put to sleep in September. She was my furry soulmate and her loss is immense. I used dignipets to avoid having to stress Chloe out by taking her to the vet as she hated it. Paula came to the house and the whole experience was peaceful, calm, dignified and appeared painless.She was very sympathetic and understanding. Chloe fell asleep on her favourite chair with me stroking her and talking to her the whole time. Nothing can ease the pain and loss of losing a beloved friend, but dignipets made the whole process easier to deal with and is well worth the cost.
