I engaged DigitalWorldIT to build a small website for my business, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. Communication was poor from the start, and the entire process felt unprofessional and outdated.

Sam, who was meant to be the commercial point of contact, did not inspire confidence. The interactions felt more like dealing with old-fashioned, pushy sales communication. Once payment was made, the responsiveness and support noticeably dropped, and there was little evidence of progress on the project, which was extremely frustrating.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to stay away from them, better you save your money and time.

Digital world IT made my website for me and I'm happy as Larry with it. They were super easy to deal with and Sam, my consultant was always very helpful and eager to fix any issues I had without hesitation. He also helped me with my email signature also! Highly recommend

I used Digital world IT to create a website. I am based in Melbourne, Australia.
This company is a total scam who says that they are based in Port Macquarie NSW, but you are dealing with people from overseas (Phillipines). One person was telling me that I don’t have to worry about legal problems that I was concerned about, and then another associate in Shepparton Australia, was telling me that I do, and that I was limited to advertising on certain platforms.The website was never completed and I was never shown any of the progress. Communication was shocking!!!
Anyway, when I asked for a refund they said we can’t help you and asked me to pay full price upfront, which I learnt my lesson not to ever do again until full product is completed.
Do not ever use bark or Digital world IT.com.au, they are a complete scam!!!
